Description of Opportunity:
Our Valuation and Business Modeling (V&BM) practice provides advice and opinions as to the value of a business enterprise, equity, debt, derivatives,
equipment, intellectual property, and other intangible and tangible assets. Our objective and independent valuation opinions are performed for financial
reporting, tax, strategic and tactical purposes. As a V&BM staff analyst, you will serve as a member of multiple client-engagement teams, performing valuations
for management planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization, and corporate
strategy purposes. Over time, you will learn to identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed; assume a leadership role in report
generation and detailed financial modeling; and learn how to maintain and develop positive, productive and professional relationships with client personnel.
Position Requirements:

candidates must have:






Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and
qualitative analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to occasionally travel on short notice
Commitment to staying on the cutting edge of financial strategy; must quickly anticipate and respond to the issues that emerge when
supporting a business entity in transition
Superior project management, interpersonal, communication, teaming, organizational and technology skills
Intellectual curiosity; enthusiasm and hunger to learn while working in a fast-paced, dynamic technical environment
