Mary Elizabeth Porray, Principal, Advisory Services
Mary Elizabeth focuses upon customer operations, program and project
management, end-to-end process design, outsourcing transformation,
implementation, change management, training development and delivery,
product management, balanced scorecard, business case creation, and
operating and governance models across multiple industries. Mary Elizabeth
received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Journalism from the University
of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and Master of Science in Marketing from
Northwestern University.
Sonia Sande, Senior Manager, Advisory Services
Sonia has over ten years of experience in business advisory services,
specializing in Financial Cost Management. She is working to develop and
implement solutions in Benefits Realization; Cost Reduction; Element Based
Costing/Regulatory Advice; Budgeting and Forecasting; and Information
Analytics. Her experience covers a number of industries, with a particular
focus on the Information, Communications, and Entertainment sector. Sonia
received a Bachelor and Masters of Arts in Economics at the University of
Cambridge, England.

Pilar has eight years of professional experience in strategy, brand marketing
and finance advisory services. She is a manager in Ernst & Young’s Advisory
