Brown – Vice President November 6, 2014 IN POND IRRIGATION SYSTEM FOR THE PIPELINE ROAD ENTRANCE TO NORTH BRIDGE RATIONALE FOR IMPROVEMENT: • N.B.O.H.A. has invested approx. $20,000 in landscaping subject to drought impacts • Significantly enhance the entrance beauty and improve property appreciation e.g. Royal Links quality • Water is “FREE” from So. Pond vs. similar systems using city water @ $6,000-$16,000 annual H20 costs • Annual operating cost are minimal e.g. electricity (est. $800) and low maintenance with submerged pump.
