Introduction
DUPHIL, INC. was incorporated in 1968 to support the oil & gas industry in southwest Louisiana and
southeast Texas, mainly focusing on oilfield services. In 2001, DUPHIL, INC. purchased the pipeline division
from the group formerly named IMTC, Inc. To date, DUPHIL, INC. operates in thirteen states performing
pipeline construction services. DUPHIL, INC. is a privately held Company and owned by Mr. R.E. Odom
from Orange, Texas.
DUPHIL, INC. is a fully integrated construction company, performing the following services:

 Mainline pipeline installations
 Pipeline Integrity services
 Directional and conventional boring
 Marshland construction
 Lowering and relocations
 ROW clearing, maintenance and repairs
 Pressure testing and repair
 Repairing of pipeline, canals, closures, ditches, crossings
ROW utilizing GEOTUBES and other erosion control products and techniques.
