We cater both corporate and private events!
Our establishment overlooks a beautiful 18-hole golf course and offers banquet
rooms featuring a variety of amenities. We cater large events (up to 200
guests) and small or intimate functions. We pride ourselves on our excellent
food and our dedication to customer service. We are proud to serve
homemade, quality menu items. As you view our catering selections you will
find many interesting choices as well as competitive prices. We offer a wide
array of items including some with an international flavor.
Let us
CUSTOMIZE your affair with theme menus and theme decorations. An
additional charge may apply.
A non-refundable deposit is needed to hold the date and time for your
function. A catered service contract is required and can be sent or faxed to you
upon your request.
Please call our Catering Manager for room rates on business/corporate events
and the state of the art audio visual equipment available. In addition to our
food and beverage packages a $200 room fee is charged for all events.

Wedding Reception Packages
Elegant yet affordable, our five-hour package features an open bar, selection of eight
different hors d’ oeuvres, entrée, wedding cake and champagne toast for all guests! All
homemade entrees are prepared on premises by expert Chefs and served by our experienced
and friendly wait staff. Our banquet management team will be there to ensure that your
special day will be memorable!

Any Change to your party must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
All Deposits are non-refundable
In the event the party is canceled less than 48 hours before the time schedules, expenses incurred by
Cannon Gate Catering & Conference Center will be charged to you.
Should the attendance at your party be less than the number of reservations made and we were not
notified, you will be charged the full number of reservations requested.
Bringing your own food or beverage is prohibited
Food and beverage items may not be taken home on unlimited hors d’oeuvres functions or buffets.
Alcoholic beverages may not be taken from the premises at any time.
You are fully responsible to pay for meal of any support people that you bring to our facility. i.e.
photographers and band members
Causal, neat attire is required of all guests using Cannon Gate Catering & Conference Center
A service charge of 20 percent will be added to your final bill
A $200 room fee applies to all rooms
Our facility is non-smoking
Cannon Gate catering will not host partisan political functions
Please not full payment is due on or before the day of the event
If any damages occur during the time of your party – fees will be charged to your credit card for the
amount.
For any request not covered in the party contract, there may be additional charges.
