Why Navitas and Not any other Education Provider

What is the basis arrangement with Navitas
Navitas will provide system support, moderation, quality assurance and issuance of award.
Indo Global Education will provide infrastructure facilities, finance, manpower, planning

What is UTP? How will it Benefit the Student

The University Transfer program (UTP) provides students with a perspective of
business processes and fundamental business skills.
 The course consists of 4 units of study.
 University Transfer Program (UTP) allows you to study and complete 1st 6 months
of your University study in India the area of Business & Commerce
 UTP is equivalent to semester 1 (4 units) of a Bachelor Degree in Business or
Commerce in abroad
 UTP units undertaken at IGE receive credit at participating Navitas colleges in
Australia, UK, USA, NZ and Singapore
 After successfully completing 4 additional units at a Navitas college, students can
then enter Year 2 of university degree

UTP studies.

The cost of this program is Rs. 149,400.00/- for the full course including service tax @14%

Explain how can I save cost through UTP course?

If a student wishes to apply to a foreign university but his English score is not upto the
mark then he has to choose to reappear or can go for a English course there , which will
cost no less than 3,00,000/- just for the English program plus living cost will be extra. And
if a student has weak academics then he has to do foundation studies for which the
minimum cost is around 8- 10 lacs plus the course duration would be 8-10 months,
depending on the academics.
When will the batch for UTP commence?
The batch for UTP will be commencing on 6th July 2015 .

How long will it take to receive an offer from you?
Indo Global Education sends the application form and documents to Navitas for
prescreening and once it is approved they will issue us with the offer letter . Hence it
would take around 7- 10working days to issue an offer letter to the student.
Once I get an offer letter, so should I consider my final admission done in the preferred
university?
We issue you a pre- conditional offer letter after your interview and once receiving a
necessary approval from Navitas. You also need to score a minimum credit to clear UTP to
receive your final offer letter.

 Completion of 10+2 (Year 12 – AISCC, CBSE, ICSE) with an
average score of at least 55% in four academic subjects
including English.

Students are required to successfully pass all 4 units and satisfy
the entry criteria at the relevant Navitas College to qualify for
entry into the corresponding course. Exemptions available are
dependent on individual colleges.
How can I pay the fees?
The fees can be paid by all the modes - cheque, demand draft, NEFT or through cash.

What happens at the orientation? Is it necessary to attend?
Yes orientation would be necessary to attend as you would be briefed about the courses
you would undergo. Moreover, you will get to meet the faculty members, your
classmates. All the relevant information about the universities and colleges would also be
imparted.
Will I directly go to the 1st year of university of my preference?
Yes after the successful completion of UTP, you will directly go to the 1st year of your
preferred college followed by 2nd and 3rd year in the university.
What if I chose to withdraw? Is my fee refundable?
Fees once paid is non refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.

The cost of application form and brochure is Rs. 500 and the processing fee is Rs.1000.

Do any other education provider in India offers pathway programs ?
This is a new concept which Navitas has brought to India. We might have competitors in
the market in near future; however as of now no other group offers UTP and Indo Global
Education is the exclusive strategic partner of Navitas in India.
How many class hours will I have per week
Total 20 hours per week. 5 days a week. 4 hours daily.

What is the maximum number of units that I can study ?
A student will have to study 4 core modules. In addition, he will study English and
Computers.

Average size would be 15 to 25.

What happens if a student fails a subject at this level?
He will have to re-appear in that particular subject during next trimester. One subject fee
will be payable again.

What guarantee is there that I can progress to 1st year of the studies
If a student attends 80% of the classes and in sincere in his studies, the chances of his
passing all units are very high and the progression is almost certain.

How do I apply?
You can submit the application form online or in hand along with all your transcripts. The
brochure and application form is also available at the admission center. An interview is
conducted after the submission of form and documents and is then sent to Navitas for
approval. A letter of offer is given to a student on successful acceptance of the form and
documents by Navitas before joining the UTP program.
