CONTRACT PERFORMANCE
 Contract Incentives & Rebates
- $500,000 Signing Bonus payable in 3 annual installments of $166,666.67. Third
and final payment due to customer in July.
- $ 50,000​ Toner Signing Bonus payable in 3 annual installments of $16,666.66​.
Third and final payment due to customer in July.​
- $ 25,000 Incentive Bonus, one-time payment when agreement/amendment was
signed.
- $ 10,000 Intern Allowance, one-time payment when agreement/amendment was
signed.
 Recommendations
-
1% quarterly admin fee
1% order size rebate if orders less than $75 are 30% or less of total volume
6% campus savings rebate
5% ImPress rebate if Impress is 10% or greater of total volume
2%-5.5% tiered quarterly volume rebate
