Career Profile
I have 15 years of full time experience coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in M.I.S. from Concordia
University as well as various technical certifications. I have worked on the design and implementation of
various infrastructure, telecomm and middleware solutions. Recently, I completed a technology and
infrastructure design for an enterprise wide Enterprise messaging bus solution. In this role, using the AIM
and togaf architecture methodology, I produced all the technology architecture documentation, presented
the solution to our enterprise review board, and upon acceptation began planning the implementation with
the project manager. In addition, for my current employer, I did a gap analysis for a recently deployed
transport management solution and governance on the status of the current implementation. In addition, I
am currently working on two RFP’s and on the upgrade of the current PBX solution for our store
network. I've also coordinated the deployment of two new Active Directory domains, the virtualization of
Windows 2003 domain controllers and exchange servers, both of which requiring IP address changes.
Finally, I participate regularly in technical seminars and invest considerable personal time and money to
pursue certifications and technical know-how. I am independent; quality oriented individual who thrives
in a team environment. Multi-functional, I work as a technology specialist who has worked in a variety of
industries. In the past 5 years, I have worked primarily in large governmental and public entities with
diverse datacenters that support large user bases. My current employer has allowed me for the first time to
work in a fast paced retail environment.
I desire to continue my career development at an employer that demands rigor, continuous improvement,
allowing me to develop my inter-personal and technical skills.
