Naviance/Family Connections To log in to Naviance: Go to the OPHS website. Click “School Counseling” on the left hand side of the page. Click on the “Family Connection” Link Your user id is your student number Your password is your birthdate, six digits DD/MM/YRXX (same as school fusion) After you login in the first time, change your passcode and write it down in a safe place. ALL transcripts must be requested through Naviance. College Visits at OPHS College visits start September __so begin to sign up today! When you sign up for a college visit you will need to print you own pass and show it to your teacher to be dismissed from class. Dismissal is at your teacher’s discretion. Requesting a Transcript Login to the Naviance website Select the “colleges” tab Click the “transcript” link on the left hand side of the page. You must select the type of application you are submitting (i.e. early decision, regular). Then select the name of the college you wish to apply to. Click “Request Transcript” You must submit a signed parental consent form before you will be able to request transcripts Secondary School Report Form If you are applying to a school that uses the Common Application, be sure to sign the FERPA waiver within the online application, this will enable the counselor to complete all reference forms required KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!
