Jake Jones Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must be a male Phillips County graduate within the
last five years planning to or attending any post-secondary school. They must have a 2.5 GPA
on their high school transcript.
Application Procedure: Applications will be made through the PHS Counselor by
handing in the required materials to the counselor on or before March 11.
