We provide some business recommendations for three projects respectively: (1) Green House:The target customers could be government entity and farmers group, which should be designed as rental business model; (2) M-Chess:This system/ product should be built in new houses. In addition, we have to simplify the installation process and emphasize “health” as one advantage of M-CHESS project; (3) Safety Net:In order to seek for installed base, we can consider cooperate with the government, and integrate with other products for user adoption. b. There are still some bottlenecks for three projects respectively: (1) Green House:High cost and price for individual farmers; (2) M-Chess:Complex installation process and compatibility with other home products; (3) Safety Net:There exists several similar technology is developed by other automobile manufacturers. c.
