Centre and you can choose the topic.

Task A
• Receive an email and Open an attachment and
save the attachment to your work area.
Task B
• Create an email signature, including a comment
about the school policy on printing unnecessary
emails and attachments.
Task C
• Use an address book to store at least two email
addresses
• You can find the email address for Paul Chester,
Nicky Dawson & Ian Pearson in the Email
Assignment.
Task D
• Forward the email from the Head of Drama to at
least two students.
Task E
• Reply to the Head of Drama’s email by attaching a
document finalising cast members and an image from the
dress rehearsals. Set priority to low. The email must
include a subject heading and appropriate message text.
Use your address book to cc the message to fellow members
of the cast.
Task F
• Compose a new email to the Head of Drama.
Attach the agenda for the next meeting.
The email must include an appropriate
subject heading and message text. Use your
address book to cc the message to one of
the contacts you added i.e. Mr. Ian Pearson.
Use your address book to bcc the message to
the other contact you added i.e. Miss. Nicky
Dawson. Set the priority of the message to
high.

viruses. Create an email to all cast members
(Nicky and Ian) that includes a statement
summarising the risks of receiving and opening
email attachments and suggest actions that could
be taken to reduce these risks.
