Thank you for choosing Skyline Party Bus. We strive to provide the best product to you at the
best possible price. In consideration of entering into the Contract and to provide this product we
have this cancellation of reservation policy which explains rights of each party under the
Contract if you cancel the Event. In the state of Minnesota we as a Motor Carrier are bound and
legally obligated to adhere to all Department of Transportation’s rules, regulations, and
requirements. At any time our busses may be stopped and inspected due to the nature of our
business. If during your run we are stopped and inspected we will not compensate for the lost
time in a MONITARY fashion, instead we will give a reasonable extension of time added to
your party bus run. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is a non-refundable deposit that is required at the time of reservation.
1. If you cancel the reservation more than seven (7) days before the Event, you are liable for
half (1/2) of the total amount under the Contract.
2. If you cancel the reservation seven (7) days or less before the date of the Event you will
be charged the entire amount of the Contract.
3. To cancel a reservation the cancellation must be in writing and received by skyline party
bus.
By giving your deposit you are entering into a contract and agree to these additional terms by
Skyline Party Bus.
1. If the client attempts to cancel the contract after pickup had occurred, Skyline Party Bus
LLC is authorized to charge the credit card of client on file the remaining balance in full.
2. Overtime will be permitted upon vehicle availability and is not guaranteed. Overtime is
billed by the hourly rate and will be collected at the end of the trip by cash payment or
will be charged to the credit card of the client on file. Overtime rates will be equal to the
stated hourly charge.
3. Skyline Party Bus LLC has the right to terminate service for any form of abuse, behavior
deemed inappropriate or contracted breach without refund. In case of misconduct, drug
use or any other violation of this contract by client or members of client’s party, or if the
driver is or feels threatened or otherwise deems the party unruly or endangering the safe
operation of the vehicle. Driver has the right to terminate this contract without any
refunds and drop passengers off at the nearest safe location. This is meant for the safety
of Skyline Party Bus LLC and the client. Skyline Party Bus LLC also reserves the right to
expel any person from the vehicle for any reason mentioned above or any other
misconduct.
4. Skyline Party Bus LLC inspects each vehicle before, during and after each rental. In the
event of damage to the vehicle, client assumes full financial liability for any and all harm
and damage caused by client or any members in the client’s party during the service, and
the cost of repairing such damage. This includes both interior and exterior damage to
repair, replace, and clean vehicle or any parts of the vehicle. The cost of repairing,
restoring or otherwise remediating any damage to a vehicle caused by client or members
of client’s party may be charged to such client’s credit card on file or billed directly to
such client without prior notice. Additional fees may be charged to cover damages at the
company’s discretion. Client will be charged a minimum of price listed below for the
following occurrences:

Burn holes from cigarettes- $150.00
Ripped or damaged upholstery- $300.00
Vomit in or on vehicle- $200.00
Lost, stolen, or broken remote- $50.00
Excessive mess in vehicle- $150.00
Breaking of lights- $250.00
Breaking of CD player, IPod or radio- $250.00
5. Alcohol consumption by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited in the vehicle,
and alcohol consumption by persons aged 21 or older if persons under the age of 21 are
present on vehicle. Skyline Party Bus LLC reserves the right to check the identification
of any passengers in the vehicle at any time for any purpose whatsoever. Skyline Party
Bus LLC reserves the right to refuse service to persons who appear to be under the
influence of drugs or are unable to care for one’s self or are objectionable to another
passenger. No person may use any illegal drugs or controlled substances in the vehicle. In
the event of underage alcohol consumption or illegal drug use, the service will be
terminated immediately and without refund. Clients shall be responsible and shall pay for
all fines and penalties assessed by state and/or federal authorities as a result of the
violation of any law by the client or by any member of the client’s party.
6. Drug use in the vehicle is prohibited by law. All contraband and items considered
“weapons” are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Skyline Party Bus LLC reserves the right
to inspect all belongings of minors for alcohol and contraband.
7. Any fines that Skyline Party Bus LLC is charged due to the actions of client or members
of client’s party will be charged to the client’s credit card on file. These include but are
not limited to, underage drinking, overcapacity, jumping on top of the vehicle, and
throwing trash/littering from vehicle. Client is also responsible and will be charged for
any parking fees and tow fees incurred during transporting of client.
8. Skyline Party Bus LLC., its agents, or employees shall be liable for any personal property
of client or members of client’s party which is misplaced, damaged, stolen, or left in the
vehicle.
9. Client consents to allow Skyline Party Bus LLC to use any and all photographs, video,
and audio made or recorded during this contract of client any member of client’s party for
any purpose Skyline Party Bus LLC chooses to, including marketing and commercials of
any type (internet, television, magazines, etc.).
10. Except in the case of willful misconduct of gross negligence of Skyline Party Bus LLC.,
its agents or employees, clients hereby waives any and all claims against Skyline Party
Bus LLC., its agents or employees for injury, loss, or damage, including consequential
damages, to client or members of client’s party’s person or property from whatever
cause. Client waives any right of subrogation with regard to the same. Skyline Party Bus
LLC is not responsible for injuries that occur while riding in vehicles. Any injury that
does occur must be reported immediately to the driver of the vehicle. Injuries not
immediately reported are treated as if they did not occur during the contract.
11. All rentals are subject to weather condition. If conditions are deemed by Skyline Party
Bus LLC to be unsafe, client will be contacted with as much notice as possible. Any
cancellations due to weather will be eligible for a reschedule at the next available date, or
for a refund of deposit. Skyline Party Bus LLC does not guarantee arrival at or departure
from any point at a specific time due to circumstances beyond its control such as
accidents, breakdowns, traffic and road conditions, storms, etc., and shall not be held
liable for claims resulting in delay from such conditions. Skyline Party Bus LLC cannot
be held responsible for delays or inconveniences due to unknown and/or unforeseen
mechanical failures or situations deemed as “Acts of God.”
12. This contract may not be modified by either party by a written contract signed by both
client and company.
13. By signing below, I (client) signify that I have read the terms and conditions stated above
in this contract and agree to all stated terms and conditions. I further declare and
represent that I am at least 18 years of age, that I have full legal capacity to be bound to
this contract, and that I am signing this contract of my own free will and accord. I (client)
authorize company to charge my card and agree to its terms.
