HOW TO ENTER: Contestants may enter the Picture Perfect Paddling Photo and Video Contest on Paddling Michigan’s Facebook Page. There is a separate tab created solely for the contest. Entry forms must be fully completed and disclaimer/rules must be read before submission.
WHO MAY ENTER: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Uncle Ducky Outdoors and Northern Initiatives, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and marketing agencies, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Contest is void where prohibited.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Picture Perfect Paddling Photo and Video
Contest will run continually throughout the year, with winners being selected every four months. By submitting an entry, contestants agree to the official rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements. This is a skill-­ ‐ based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information solely to Uncle
Ducky Outdoors and Northern Initiatives. The images provided will be for future use through Uncle Ducky Outdoors and Northern Initiatives.
IMAGE ELIGIBILTY: Images files must be submitted in digital format, no print or film files will be accepted. Entries must be able to provide high-­
‐ resolution photos for print. The images must be taken in or around the
Munising area.
All submissions, including editing, must be a single work of original material created by the contestant. By entering the contest, the contestant acknowledges that the submitted content is an original work created solely by the contestant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph.
The photograph must not contain, as determined solely by Uncle Ducky
Outdoors, obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
RELEASES: If the photograph contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third

parties, and/or if any persons appear in the photograph, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the photograph, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the photograph. [If any person appearing in any photograph is under the age of majority in their state/province/territory of residence the signature of a parent or legal guardian is required on each release. Each entrant must be prepared to provide (within thirty (30) calendar days of request) a signed release from all persons who appear in the photograph submitted, and/or from the owner of any material that appears in the photograph entry, authorizing Uncle Ducky Outdoors and Northern Initiatives to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entry in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known. Failure to provide such releases upon request may result in disqualification at any time during the Contest and selection of an alternate winner.] [Each entrant must also be prepared to provide (within thirty (30) calendar days of request) a signed written license from the owner of any private property included in the photograph entry, authorizing Uncle Ducky

All terms of Contest shall be construed according to, and any disputes shall be subject to, the laws of the State of Michigan. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and municipal laws. The Contest is void where prohibited.
Uncle Ducky Outdoors reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Contest; or if a computer virus, bug, wireless failure, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Contest as determined Uncle Ducky
Outdoors, in its sole discretion. Uncle Ducky Outdoors and Northern
Initiatives reserve the right to disqualify, freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these
Official Rules.
