Position Title: Creative Strategist
Reports to: General Manager
Position Summary
Job Description
The Creative Strategist will report to the General Manager and will have
responsibilities that include but are not limited to: product marketing,
product management, online focus, budgeting and M&E.
- Manage the development and implementation of comprehensive
marketing plans for events and including direct mail, email,
traditional and social media marketing;
- Generate and Manage client brands
- Maintain brand presence In-house
- Scouting and managing brand ambassadors for all brands
- Researching markets to identify opportunities for events,
- Developing, producing and presenting of the overall event vision
through proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers,
legal obligations, staffing and budgets);
- Development of a distinctive venue design and custom designing
for branding and venue treatments
- Designing and executing scaled floor plans and elevations for
- Stylizing visuals (e.g. bars, food stations, signage, branding, staff
attire etc.)
- Manage social networking media initiatives;
- Digital media content generation and management
- Media content generation and PR event management
- Manage new product development, rollout strategies and product
life cycle analyses; identify unique selling propositions and clear
competitive differentiation points; collaborate on pricing and
packaging strategies; focus on market research and incorporate
customer feedback into overall positioning strategy;
- Monitor events throughout its life cycle using social – media, web
analytics reports and direct mail campaign analyses etc Knowledge/Skills and Experience/Education
Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing and brand building Project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and providing cl
communication of timelines and expectations to team members Ability to analyze markets and customer needs and develop marketing plans and produc
recommendations based on those needs General business and management experience Proficient understanding of web site functionality and email marketing best practices Excellent interpersonal, verbal, organizational, and written communication skills Experience and success with apps and leveraging Social Media to expand brand
