Experience Sports Super 10s - General Rules 1) A team must consist of at least 2 and up to a maximum of 4 participants. 2) Teams need not perform the ten challenges in sequence. All teams are free to plan their own routes to the respective stations. 3) The Station Master will endorse the team’s play card upon completion of the challenge at each station. 4) When a team arrives at any one of the stations and there is another team performing the challenge, the waiting team will be issued a queue number on a first-come-first-serve basis. The waiting team may choose to go to another challenge while waiting and come back to the current one. However, if their number is called and the team is no longer present, a new queue number will be issued. 5) In the event of inclement weather, the Singapore Sports Hub (The Organiser) reserves the right to delay the commencement of the activity. 6) Should the inclement weather persist after delay, The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the activity. 7) The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify or change any of the General Race Rules at any time and without prior notice. Objective: Sink 10 free throws OR 2 with your back turned Rules: - Queue numbers will be issued to teams upon arrival at the challenge. - One shooter at a time only. - Combinations of free throws and shots with your back turned is not allowed. 2) Netball Slogan: Everyday I’m shufflin’! Objective: Side-shuffle 10 lengths whilst making one-two passes with your partner. Rules: - Queue numbers will be issued to teams upon arrival at the challenge. Minimum of 5 passes required from one end of the court to another. Distance of at least 2 meters between teammates If a ball is dropped, players will have to restart the lap.. Challenge involves 2 participants but substitutions are allowed at the beginning of each lap. 3) Track & Field (Fit circuit) Slogan: Usain in the membrane! Objective: Complete 200m worth of obstacles. 50m: Shot put bean bags at the targets. 100m: Jump over the agility hurdles 150m: Quick feet with the agility ladder Rules: - Queue numbers will be issued to teams upon arrival at the challenge. Select 2 team members to participate. Once the first team member has completed the circuit, the second team member will take his/her turn. 4) Volleyball Slogan: Can you dig it? Objective: Juggle the volleyball 10 times within the marked area with your team members. Teams will comprise of 2 to 4 members. If a team member outside the marked area touches the ball at any time, the tally will not be counted and teams will have to start again from 0. All members in the team will have to touch the ball at least once in order to complete the challenge. A maximum of 2 consecutive touches are allowed by a single participant. If the ball hits the ground at any stage, the tally will start again at 0. 5) Table Tennis Slogan: Lets Bounce! Objective: Maintain a rally of at least 25 strokes Rules: - Teams will comprise of 2 to 4 members. Queue numbers will be issued to teams upon arrival at the challenge. If there are substitutions of team members, the score will start from 0 again. 6) Swimming Slogan: The Riddler! Objective: Solve the riddles and identify the aquatic disciplines. Rules: -TBC. 7) Badminton Slogan: Double trouble! Objective: Maintain a rally with 2 shuttlecocks simultaneously for 15 strokes Rules: - Teams will comprise of 2 to 4 members. Queue numbers will be issued to teams upon arrival at the challenge. If there are substitutions of team members, the score will start from 0 again. Both shuttlecocks will be served simultaneously from opposite ends of the court and the stroke count will start from the return of serves. If either shuttlecock touches the ground before the tally reaches 15, the challenge will have to be restarted and the tally will start again at 0. 8) Fencing Slogan: Shame Zorro! Rules: - Teams will select 1 team member to participate. Queue numbers will be issued to teams upon arrival at the challenge. If there are substitutions of team members, the scores will start from 0 again. 9) Billiards/Snooker Slogan: Pot luck! Objective: Clear the entire rack in any order Rules: - Teams will comprise of 2 to 4 members. Queue numbers will be issued to teams upon arrival at the challenge. Play against/with your teammate/s! 10) Football Slogan: Do it for Kicks! Objective: Score 5 goals with 5 levels of difficulty.
