the brain may work, provide some thoughts on brainwashing,
provide an overview on some items in history that were not covered
in history class, and give a thumbnail on important topics of status,
law, money and trusts which effect your daily life – absorb what you

If you can see Matrix. You have two paths. You can accept the belief system
that is offered to you, or you can choose to rely on pre-existing knowledge
and not rely on what is told to you by external sources. You rely on the inner
knowledge that is contained in all
One belief is that a human being is separate from all others, this is the
meme offered by the Matrix and is designed to control those that can not or
do not reason for themselves
Another belief system is that each human is a cell of the collective web of
human beings that all the humans are actually connected and operate as
one entity. We just can’t see the electric connection between each other
and the planet so we don’t perceive that it exists
Ample evidence (not in mainstream media) shows conclusively we are not
an individual “human’ but one interconnected humanity. You are a
component of a larger interconnected organism

The belief is that a human being is separate from all others is designed to
control those that can not or do not reason for themselves and who chose to
oppose the natural laws of nature
By accepting this separation paradigm, it becomes true
Is this a bad thing? If a being can not utilize inner knowledge, should they
not be given a structure?
The “system” accepts these beings as less than human since they do not
operate in the true critical thinking capacity of humans
The “system” is merely mirroring natural law (higher law) but at a lower
frequency
Nature allows you to choose the “system” or “natural law” by your free will
Natural law operates at higher frequencies
If you weren’t aware of natural laws, you may want to observe nature to
gain a perspective - these laws are not written, they are intuitively obtained
Sex is one example. Few people need to be ‘taught” sex or the human race
would be extinct if sex was something that required written instructions. The
knowledge was given for those that listen to their inner self

Sloth is the avoidance of physical or spiritual work.
Pride is excessive belief in one's own abilities, that interferes with the
individual's recognition of the grace of the universe. It has been called the
sin from which all others arise. Pride is also known as Vanity.
Envy is the desire for others' traits, status, abilities, or situation.
Gluttony is an inordinate desire to consume more than that which one
requires.
Lust is an inordinate craving for the pleasures of the body.
Anger is manifested in the individual who spurns love and opts instead for
fury. It is also known as Wrath.
Greed is the desire for material wealth or gain, ignoring the realm of the
spiritual. It is also called Avarice or Covetousness.

going to design a “system” of control, wouldn’t you mirror natural laws and
create a money system based on CURRENCY, or a judicial system of
CIRCUIT courts, where RESISTORS are ARRESTED and put in a CELL?

Everything is energy, a frequency
We operate in a frequency spectrum which hides the others
For example, a radio is designed to pick up a broad spectrum of
frequencies, but we tune into a specific range (station) if we want that
program
Light has a broad range of frequencies –including radio frequencies, but our
eyes and ears are tuned to receive a narrow band of frequencies
Evidence exists that our pineal gland can tune into the full spectrum of
frequencies – this gland is one connection to the consciousness
For those that come to the conclusion that we are essentially one organism
in distinct cells connected by energy then you will also begin to understand
the matrix
In this narrow band are (+) and (-) frequencies which oppose each other
thereby give substance to the experience

Before entering into this matter in full, remember: If you don't see all yet,
do not be terribly concerned. "Seeing" is process that develops at a rate
determined by your current state, a rate quite unique for each entity
depending on space and time
The Bible (training manual in some respects) clearly used the "Eyes to See
and Ears to Hear" terminology. The reason for referencing the Bible is that it
is the premiere mind control handbook from a superficial level. The rationale
for its success (aside from the fact that it was forced upon many cultures at
sword point, gunpoint or burning at the stake) is that it is BASED upon many
truths that will resonate with an introspective being. It is a book which is
written with multiple (seemingly) disparate sciences tied together. On the
pure control level, the strategy is if you have said five truths and then
introduce a lie, the lie is more likely to be accepted based upon your
knowledge that the other five were true. This is LEARNING vs KNOWING.
Essentially the Bible is based on skeleton knowledge of truth which will
resonate with humans. Since it is written by man, it also contains many self
serving alterations by those that published it for control, if you view it at a
superficial level. However, there are multiple metaphorical levels,
(psychology, physics, law, money, spirituality) and understanding that, is
salvation

The universe does not care which frequency you pick, but you might. The
universe needs balance, so either is acceptable
Consider that a single candle can illuminate a dark room
There is no amount of darkness that can darken a lit room. (except black
holes, but that is another dimension so not relevant for the metaphor)
In this dimension, light (a higher frequency –ah, a higher calling) is a more
powerful frequency
It would make sense that you would have more control of your life by
matching and harmonizing with a more powerful frequency than by “fighting’
Your thoughts are energy (frequency) and you create them
And in turn, you effect the universe based on what you focus on

Did you create those thoughts, or were you offered a “frequency” to operate
in?

If everything is a frequency, then your environment has a significant impact
on your body
If your body is made up of mostly water, the type of water that you put in
your body will have an impact on your mental state i.e, no flouride
The type of food you eat will also have an effect on your mental clarity
If the food you eat is far removed from its natural state, a case can be made
that you will not “think” in concert with nature
If you are bombarding your body with “frequencies” from cell phones,
wireless devices, and microwaves, then you will effect your mental clarity
These are all invisible attacks on your ability to think and each could warrant
their own presentation
But let’s consider the mind and how it works from a thought process, we’ll
focus on the mental environment we all live in

Programming animals: Elephants are reported to have a long memory,
illustrated by this parable of how the Circus trained elephants
When a baby elephant is first born, it is tied to a large stake with a rope
around it’s foot. The stake is driven deep into the ground and the baby
elephant is unable to pull it out or move it at this young stage. After several
months of attempting to free itself the elephant “learns” that it can not
overcome the resistance of the stake, and “knows” that it is futile to continue
pulling on the stake. The elephant “pairs” the feeling of the rope on the
stake with the “knowledge” that he has learned that the stake is immovable
and discontinues attempts to pull the stake out of the ground based on
learning. However, as the elephant grows it could easily pull the stake out of
the ground as there are few stakes which could resist the pull of a 15,000
pound elephant. The “conditioning” and “learning” by the elephant causes
him to make no further attempts to pull the stake and he is bound by his
own “knowledge”.
What “ropes” are around your foot? When was the last time you questioned
your own “known” truths to see if they are still relevant and questioned your
“data bank”?

Each entity been offered a belief system, which if they accept, will influence
their thoughts and actions, said another way;
Each entity been offered a frequency system, which if they accept, will
influence their thoughts and actions
Choosing to work with the dominant frequency or against it determines the
path that the collective entity will experience
If the majority of the people are resonating in a certain frequency, the
collective memory is created and perpetuated
This is both good news and bad news, for if there is a pervasive “cancer
frequency” resonating in a high number of people, the planet will develop
cancer
By the same token, an increasing number of people
today have recognized the cancer and are taking
steps to remove it

frequencies in your body, the Heart – (Electromagnetic) and the Brain
(Electric) A case can be made that what is in your heart, controls your brain
This is not just folklore, those with a “lighter” heart consistently have better
mental acuity, and are happier – who would have thunk?
It is important to consider how the body and mind work together and how
this may effect your actions –energy you put out is returned
Would it surprise you to learn that Doctors, Judges, Police, Public Servants
are among those groups with the HIGHEST RATE of SUICIDE?
Returning vets are also among the leading groups –these groups are the
real victims of the system –THEY have been trained to ‘do their job’ and do
it without question because we have a system which discourages questions
Interesting observation regarding suicide, another group with a high
mortality rate were food industry workers. Maybe they know what is being
put in food and their psyche is at war within themselves?

In fact, reason would suggest that in all of those industries, the people know
that what they are doing is inconsistent with their inner self or how they
would treat themselves. Yet, they continue to “attack” others and in the
process “attack themselves”
When you do things against people which doesn’t resonate with your higher
self, it lowers the magnetic resonance of you heart and effects your
brain/body. Each negative act that you perform under the illusion that you
are powerless to change it causes an imbalance internally
If you KNOW that what you are doing is wrong, but just go along with it
because everyone else is, or you think that you will get fired be ostracized, it
puts your vibration in the fear or pride mode which are operating at a lower
frequency
Prolonged operation in this mode will have negative health effects
The mental cancer feeds the system and empowers the “Health
Management System”, (they only manage, because cures are unprofitable)
which work in concert with food companies and pharmaceutical company to
pay lobbyists to pass laws which don’t make sense restricting your access
to make your own decision regarding health, which causes the police to
enforce policies they don’t agree with and feeds the legal system with court
cases that a self aware twelve year old could settle in ten minutes

you reward bad behavior, you get more bad behavior, when you
reward integrity, you get more integrity

One of the many tools used by those in power are labels. By labeling a
group, you create separation from another group. You focus on differences,
create judgments and illusions. Divided we fall is a truth. Each being has a
unique perspective, but they are not the label. They may have beliefs
consistent with one political party, but are much more than that label.

reality. They do not show you the proper way to handle a court case,
they dupe you into arguing. Few hospital shows provide viewers
with the knowledge to question (gasp) a doctor about a diagnosis,
they often portray people who request a natural “remedy” as
delusional and part of the fringe of society. The brainwashing is right
there in front of you. Another major manipulator are video games,
over 90% of them require shooting a victim. Accident, or designed
intent to desensitize humanity to what they are doing?

fictitious version of history, misdirecting your subconscious to
accepting a version resonates with what was taught in school. This
reinforces the indoctrination. Other movies have a message which
tell you to listen to your inner voice, and things are not what they
seem (Star Wars, Fight Club, Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland)
Once you begin to “see with eyes” almost every movie will have a
deeper meaning than the superficial layer that is often discussed.

Hitler just took his learning from the British, who unapologetically
rewrote history in 1700 that bore NO RESEMBLENCE to the actual
documented history. “History is written by the victors.” attributed to; Winston
Churchill / Napoleon/ Hitler – as you can see -History is a set of lies agreed upon.
By now, most people may be wondering how everyone can be so
easily manipulated
The “big lie” formula is alive and well. When you understand
cognitive dissonance, you will understand why once a big lie has
been assimilated by the public, herd mentality will defend it on the
premise that it must be true, everyone else believes it, and “I don’t

This is consistent with the bell shaped curve of normal

“normal” humans (as defined by inner knowledge) do not seek to

The point of this is that there is not a “master plan” by the “Illuminati” or a
‘superior” master race. There are just mal-adjusted humans who have
learned how to influence others. Well, ok, they have a plan, and as long as
people accept it, it will continue to work. But they are just people. There is a
growing positive resonance opposing the plan
Many people have allowed others to obtain positions of “authority” and
“ACCEPT” their authority (and some have not)
The mal-adjusted, represent a small percentage of the planet, but have
manipulated others without regards for others (lack of empathy) for their
own gratification or doctrines, at the expense of the general population
Many of the ‘tools’ (unwitting accomplices) used by them did not agree with
them but lacked the courage to oppose. A plan needs weak people
In other instances, “thinking tools’ were shown the “escape hatches” and
were sold on the concept that this was for a higher good and the ends
justifies the means. A plan needs ambivalent people who are easily swayed
In most cases, ‘tools’ were just told “that is the way it is done around here”
and most have been trained not to question authority. A plan needs obedient
people, approval junkies. This is what the system is turning out. What the
government wants, the government gets

he had not been to school to ever see a map of the world or memorize the
countries. She asked him how he did it so quickly. He laughed and said
that there was a picture of a man on the back of the map, and when he put

under Lieber code - this form provides for grace. It is also international law
Statutes and codes are for fictions
Statutes and codes are copy written, your use of them may be a
trespass
(living man can not use benefit and privilege of fiction codes)
Ecclesiastical law
Courts run multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, administrative court,
common law, equity, corporate statutes, admiralty, ecclesiastical and they
can change the court from one to the other without informing you

Therefore there are two jurisdictions one for the constructive trusts, and one

An area that holds great potential for litigation and trustee liability is the
trustee’s duty to furnish information and communicate with the trust
beneficiaries. Although these duties can be viewed as fundamental duties of
a trustee, state law has often been unclear on the exact parameters of
these duties. Moreover, a settlor may not want the trustee to tell the
beneficiaries anything about the trust. This can leave a trustee in an
uncomfortable position
Courts have historically viewed these duties as necessary from a public
policy standpoint. Without information related to the trust and its

trustee. On the other hand, trust laws have shown great deference to the
intent of the settlors of trusts and on restrictions that settlors have placed on

On August 4th, 1790 an Act was passed which was Titled.-An Act making provision for the
payment of the Debt of the United States. This can be found at 1 U.S. Statutes at Large
pages 138-178. This Act for all intents and purposes abolished the States and Created the
Districts. If you don't believe it look it up. The Act set up Federal Districts. In this Act each
District was assigned a portion of the debt. The next step was for the states to reorganize
their governments which most did in 1790. This had to be done because the States needed
to legally bind the people to the debt. The original State Constitutions were never submitted
to the people for a vote. So the governments wrote new constitutions and submitted them
to people for a vote thereby binding the people to the debts owed to Great Britain. The
people became citizens of the State where they resided and ipso facto a citizen of the
United States. A citizen is a member of a fictional entity and it is synonymous with subject.
What you think is a state is in reality a corporation, in other words, a Person.

This order goes on to redefine words in the Social Security Act and makes
some changes in United States Law. Remember, King George was the
"Arch-Treasurer and Prince Elector of the Holy Roman Empire and c, and of

at Large 80.. Great Britain which is the agent for the Pope, is in charge of

What should we do?
Don’t Panic!
1.
Lawful money (silver and gold) coins exist. Start using them!
You can redeem currency in the private by special deposit instructions:
Demanded for Lawful Money pursuant to Title 12, Sec. 411 First middle last
dba all caps entity
You could also put this on your bank signature cards so ALL your deposits are
not subject to tax
Viable economic transition models exist (i.e. the Euro).
Implement a dual monetary system

Price goods and services throughout the state in both Federal Reserve note
(FRN)$ and Lawful Money $.
Use the European model to transition all prices, taxes, fines and other debts to
Lawful Money $ units over 24 – 36 months.
Implement Lawful Money State Banks

All deposits and interest are paid in Lawful Money silver or gold coin.
What else can be done?
Use specific Lawful Money language in all sales and licensing
contracts to avoid the conflicts created by new laws and old
opinions.
Pay appropriate taxes in Federal Reserve notes and let the
Secretary of Treasury worry about redeeming them at face value.
Press both Federal and State Legislators to pass statutes
ensuring the the rights of all persons to receive all forms of United
States coin and currency and to exchange some forms thereof for
others without discrimination or burden...
Conclusion
Start using lawful money [Gold and Silver Clause] contracts
when buying, selling or licensing property.
Minimize tax liabilities by using lawful money as the basis in all
transactions
Minimize intrinsic value loss by using Federal Reserve note to

Final Thoughts

You have four choices in any contract;
Silence - conveys agreement where a duty to respond is required -Dishonor
Argue – Create controversy, grants jurisdiction in the court -Dishonor
Acceptance – you are liable, and you agree - Honor
Conditional Acceptance – agreement but on your terms -Honor

Law of Like Kind - Maxim
A trust/corporation may only be in contract with another
trust/corporation Maxim of Law: Law of Like kind = Disparata non debent jungi =
Unequal things ought not be joined.
Therefore: paper to paper, flesh to flesh, but NOT paper to flesh;
paper/form = corporations; flesh/substance = man/woman

DMV application for an Office
As it stands right now, when someone goes down to the DMV and
voluntarily registers (Regis - comes from a king) their automobile to get a
title and plates, they unknowingly convert the auto into a “motor vehicle”
and in doing so, a commercial carrier. Here is the proof, as this is taken
directly from the WISCONSIN TITLE & LICENSE PLATE APPLICATION:
Certification. All parties certify with their signature that to the best of their
knowledge the information and statements on this application are true and
correct. The prior owner's odometer statement has been shown to the
applicant and a copy of this completed application including odometer
statement has been furnished the applicant. COMMERCIAL CARRIERS - I
further certify knowledge of applicable federal and state motor carrier safety
rules, regulations, standards and orders, and declare that all operations will
be conducted in compliance with such requirements. Then there is a big X
and a place to sign. i.e. CONTRACT

We know people will say, well I am not a ‘commercial carrier’ and that
doesn't apply to me. Guess again! There wasn't a “check off” place for
such exclusion to that certification and it was done that way on purpose.
The STATE could have one application for people with private autos and
another for commercial carriers, but they do not.
Here is why: Just for fun, try to find the definition of just the word
"passenger" in any State Motor Vehicle Code, I’ve personally asked five
different State DMVs to show me where I can find this definition amongst
their Codes and none of them have it. Why? Because this would expose
the trickery the DMVs has played on people's ignorance to get them to
voluntarily register their non-passenger private autos as "motor vehicles".
"driving" and "operating" are commercial terms and are being used to
designate such activity on unknowing people via the statutes (not laws)
whom then are only recognized as a "person" (which is a legal entity) so
that the government entities (which are corporations) may tax, regulate and
control this activity.

one employed in conducting a coach, carriage, wagon, or other vehicle.
Definition of "passenger" from Black's Law Dictionary, Fourth Edition, Pg.
1280. One carried for hire or reward, as distinguished from a "guest" who
is one carried gratuitously. Are you charging your guests to ride?
Definition of "motor vehicle" in the U.S. Codes is: The term "motor vehicle"
means every description of carriage or other contrivance propelled or
drawn by mechanical power and used for commercial purposes on the
highways in the transportation of passengers, passengers and property, or
property or cargo.

Definition of (10) Used for commercial purposes — The term "used for
commercial purposes" means the carriage of persons or property for any
fare, fee, rate, charge or other consideration, or directly or indirectly in
connection with any business, or other undertaking intended for profit.
