 With My Account, patrons now see the word “Alert”
instead of “Delinquent”
 (Note: “Delinquent” still appears in WorkFlows for staff use)
The word “Stacks” has replaced “Standard Shelving
Location”
 NYT Times Bests Sellers: Find In My Library now searches
Author/Title instead of ISBN: this allows multiple formats
to display
 “available” number count was removed from the hit list
and we are working on removing it from the tab


to those libraries that have opted in to “Pickup
Anywhere”), Suspend holds, Un-suspend holds, and
View fines

The only thing they can’t do is place a hold!

 Resolved all issues, announced July 17
 SWAN released a “Quickstart Guide”
