Cow's milk is
changed to
breastfeed

with water of cow's
milk to reduce the

The alcohol’s wise

Titratable acidity
allows to find how
much lactic acid is
present in the
sample.
With ph slightly
less a 7, the milk
present reaction
acid due to some
organic acids and
inorganic free.
DETERMINATION OF THE
CASEIN
Determination of casein allows to find how
much this protein is present in the sample of
milk.

of pesticides and
preservatives. They
must also be
supplemented with
vitamin C.
