7A , and can practice anywhere in India under Article 19(1)g of the Constitution of India.

*For practitioners and research workers who are practicing for the last 10 years, the minimum basic qualification is

Course Structure: The Programme is made up of 5 subjects with 1 compulsory and 4 electives as below:

of Health, Government of India and various other national and international universities, premiere medical
institutions and important societies working in the field of alternative medicines.
National (Indian) students - Tentative duration within which Indian students can expect to receive their study
materials is 2 weeks.

One set of final examinations will be conducted at the end of the course.
Examinations can be taken either in the center in SIMHS, NAGAL, India or by postal / online mode from outside UP
from the student’s residence.
Students should intimate their choice of examination at the time of enrollment. Different sets of papers are set based

Test papers of last few years for assistance in preparation based on the examination mode notified.

CMS & ED ALLOPATHY COURSE
A paramedic is a medical professional, usually a member of the emergency medical services, who primarily
provides pri-hospital advanced medical and trauma care. A paramedic is charged with providing emergency onscene treatment, crisis intervention, life-saving stabilization and transport of ill or injured patients to definitive
emergency medical and surgical treatment facilities, such as hospitals and trauma centers.
CMS diploma is known as diploma in Community Medical Services. It is a diploma for primary health care by
general Allopathic medicines, which are recommended by the world health Organization for primary health
care.The Hon. Supreme court has given an order that CMS diploma holder can given the treatment in all
disease including Infectious disease .Paramedical Provides their services in different Medical field as Cooperator or as on assistant to the society under qualified doctor. All courses will be completed by D.E.P. (Distance
Learning Programmes Distance Education Pattern or By Correspondence pattern.

Licensing of R.M.P./Registration
The Medical Board (Alternative System is Issuing RMP(AM)) Certificate for practicing in Alternative
Therapies as board rules. It is accepted Internationally By alternative Medical Practitioners. All
courses will be completed by D.E.P. (Distance Learning Programmes Distance Education Pattern or
By Correspondence pattern).
Question: What is RMP (AM) Registration Certificate?
Answer: After completing Alternative Medical Course Registration is compulsory without Registration you can't
practice properly. Registration number is must for each Doctor/Practitioner.
This RMP(AM) Registration is issued by "Medical Board(Alternative Systems)" after taking registration you can
practice as an Ideal Alternative Doctor following completely Medical Achar Sanhita and principals of medical
treatment till the Govt will not pass any unanimous resolution or judgment about such practitioners except it the
practitioner will be bound to follow the rules of their state/country. The certificate is issued by Medical Board
(Alternative Systems) an unit of the University Incorporated by an organization Regd. By the Govt.
Question : What is RMP Registration Define It ?
Answer : The Meaning of RMP is Registered Medical Practitioner in INDIA, Initially RMP Certificate were issued
by The Govt. on Experience base for Allopathic/Ayurvedic General Practice. Later on it had been closed due to
opposition of training holder Doctors since a long it is Closed till today.
So the RMP Registration are issued By this Organization or the institutes which are Registered By The Govt. It is a
Matter of consideration of the Govt. that more then 40 Lacks RMP Doctors are providing their Primary Health Care
Services in rural ,urban and also in city areas .These Doctors are not allowed Freely to Practice Nor Strongly
Prohibited . There is no rule to give training to these Doctors By Govt.
It is Under Planning As The Letter No. 110/8/4/77MPT/ME(P)1979 & No. 46/70MPT of Govt. of INDIA. According
to the News of Leading News Paper's Daily Amar Ujala & Dainik Jagran
Now The Govt. being prepared to imparting training & issuing Registration of Experience Holding Doctors.
So, our Organization is issuing RMP Registration On Merit base For Taking Registration form the Govt. This RMP
Certificate Will be a Proof of the duration of Practice of a practitioner or Doctor At the time of Being Registration by
Govt.
So any experience Doctor/Practitioner/Eager Professional can take RMP registration certificate from this
organization. The organization will safe guard to the RMP doctors as he will bind the rules of the Council the Govt.

For want of certain clarification etc. Delhi Govt. & Union of India (Ministry of Health & F.W.) Has filled an appeal
(SLP) in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India challenging the order of Hon'ble Delhi High Court Dt. 18.11.1998. upon
hearing on 12.11.2000 the Division Bench of Hon'ble Justice R.C. Lahoti&Hon'ble Justice Shivraj V. Patil has
rejected the plea of Delhi Govt. & Union of India and finally on 24.11.2000 the bench of the Hon'ble court
Comprising Justice RajendraBabu and B.N.Agarwal has declined to entertain the matter and SLP filed by petitioner
(Delhi Govt. & Union of India) has been dismissed. The Hon'ble Supreme court of India also maintained that status
quo of the order of Hon'ble Delhi High Court (FAO No.205/92) Dt. 18.11.1998 by which it has been ordered that any
legally constituted institution imparting Educational facilities in the filed a Alternative Medicines may issue
diploma/certificate and holders of such diploma/certificate are entitled to practice the particular Faculty/Faculties
covered by the said Diploma/Certificates.
Legality
According to the Judgment of High Court Chenni, Planning Commission Report & The letter of Govt. (No.
110/8/4/77MPT/ME(P) 1979 & No 4-6/70 MPT of Govt. of India) The RMP certificate Holder can practice in
general medicine only. He can?t practice in Surgery, Obstetrics & Radiation Therapy in any form. He can not
prescribed any medicine includes 'G','H' & 'L' of Drugs & Cosmetic Rules 1945 and other Dangers Drug at any cost.
Registration from Medical Council of India is not required to practice the alternative system of medicines as
per their letter no. MCI - 34(I)/ 96 Med./10984.
