MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE HELD AT

P 7/13 ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN
Cllr T Port proposed Cllr B Mowatt as Vice-Chairman of the Planning and Public Services Committee.
Seconded by Cllr P Beck.
RESOLVED that Cllr B Mowatt be Vice-Chairman.
P 8/13 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies were received from Cllrs E Tickell, R Veitch and D Evans.
P 9/13 DECLARATION OF INTEREST
Cllr Mrs I Weeks declared an interest in planning application 36929/002, 42 Glamorgan Road as the
property belongs to her daughter and took no part in its discussion.
P 10/13 TO REVIEW AND AGREE THE TERMS OF REFERENCE OF THE PLANNING AND PUBLIC
SERVICES COMMITTEE FOR THE COMING YEAR
The Committee agreed to recommend the review and adoption of this document at the next full meeting of
Council.

The Minutes of the previous meeting held on 13 May 2013 were received and signed as a true record of the
meeting.
