ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
In the absence of the Chairman and Vice Chairman, Members elected Cllr Port as Chairman
of the Planning and Highways Committee for the duration of the meeting. Cllr Port took the
Chair.

DECLARATION OF INTEREST
Cllr Mrs Weeks declared an interest in the application for the Downlands Stud as she is a
neighbour and took no part in its discussion.

The owner of Downlands Stud addressed members and provided a brief overview of her
application.
