with Microsoft Word 2007 when e-mail can’t

 Oracle Database will provide our database,
connecting all stores in the franchise
 Microsoft Publisher 2007 will provide visual
documents and Adobe Photoshop and
Macromedia Flash will be used for in-store
posters and training animations.

nationally and hire a professional web

 E-Mails will be handled through Mozilla
Thunderbird, a free and user-friendly
program. AtomPark E-Mail software will be
used to compile the e-mail addresses of all
store managers.
Data
 Payroll will be tracked in each store by the
manager and reported to the corporate
headquarters every two weeks.
 New customers will create an account that
will store their order information and recall
their last order and favorite order when
returning. Optional feedback and surveys will
be offered at every ordering station.

 The sales of each product will electronically
be tracked separately.
 The latest pizza ovens and cooking
equipment will be used at each restaurant as
well as coolers, freezers, and touch screen
ordering stations for in-store and drive thru.
Procedures
 Operating hours are 11:00am – 10:00 pm
every day of the week. We hope to expand
drive thru service to midnight or later.
 Managers arrive at 9:30am to prepare for
daily operations. The first shift works from 11either 4 or 5 and the second shift works from
4 or 5 – 10.
 All company records and operations will be
automatically forwarded to the corporate
headquarters.

restaurant to the corporate office is all that is
needed for any lost data to be restored.
