That makes the coming year an important time to review ABAWD policy – the requirements and the options – in order to give you time to make adjustments before the time limit comes back into effect. This workshop will review all aspects of childless unemployed adults and the ABAWD policy: how the time limit works, to whom it applies, qualifying work/job training programs, how voluntary vs. mandatory E&T programs interact with the rule, the sub-state waiver process, individual exemptions and all the other details you didn’t know you forgot!
