We will communicate it to you via letter home. **Bridges stop may be different then regular stop** • Please be patient the first couple of days as the driver gets used to the route • We will have a PLES staff member riding the bus on the first two days. If you child is riding the bus, home from Bridges, before you leave this evening, please type your home address on the bus-rider form. • A change in bus stop after the initial week of Bridges requires advanced notification in writing. Student Expectations I will attend the program regularly. I will work toward the goals I set for myself. I will respect all Phelps Luck and Bridges property. I will follow instructions. I will demonstrate respect toward my peers and the adults. I will complete a Stop and Think form if I am removed from my Bridges classroom. Parent Expectation I will send a letter to school if my child will not attend in Bridges on a given day. I will require my child to attend Bridges regularly for the entire 2 hours. I am aware that my student may not complete all of their homework in the allotted time. I am aware that if my student has three behavior infractions he/she will be excused from attending the program. These infractions could occur either at school or on the bus. Attendance will be taken every day. It is important for your child to attend EACH day. If you child cannot stay afterschool one day, please send in a note that morning. Snack will be served each day. If you have not filled out the registration form, please do so before leaving tonight. The school nurse will be at school with us from 3:30-5:30. Accommodations in effect for your students during the school day will be shared with your students after school hours teacher.
