and the white Spiral staircase.(2) Bridesmaid’s, Mom’s & Flower girls: Downstairs with marble vanities, mirrored walls,
refrig, and a wet bar. (3) Groom’s & men’s: Private dressing room with a den area. It has a wide screen HDTV with cable
sports, 2 seating areas, mirrored walls, a refrig, & an outdoor porch for smoking.
Bridal portraits-you & your photographer can come at any available time(2-4 hrs.) The staircase & gazebos are fabulous.
1 hour Rehearsal (any available time during the week or 1- 1 ½ hours before the ceremony

You, your family & friends are welcome anytime we are open and -- no weddings or special events are taking place.
We do all the set-up and clean-up of the above items (Chapel property) for the Bride. We sweep or mop the floors, too.
The Bride, family or friends and vendors are responsible to pack-up or dispose of any items they have brought in.

Basic Price Payment Plans –
Plus the Estate’s (No) Extra Gratuities & Tipping Policies:
1. Pay the Total cost at the time of booking and receive a 5% discount. (Total cost includes 15% service charge.)
2. Installments: 30% of Total cost paid at time of booking. This payment is no-refundable & non-transferable.
The remainder of the Total cost is divided into equal installment payments (like Layaway payments).
3. Refundable Damage Deposit ($250) is not part of the Basic Price. It is returned immediately or within 48 hrs. after the event.
4. The Bar Package (if needed) & the Upgrade Packages of your choice, are due 60 days before your event date. Upgrade
Packages can be rolled into your Total cost at your original sign-up. Remember, no tips or a tacky tip jar are allowed at a wedding
reception bar. Also, no extra gratuities or tips are required for any White Chapel Estate staff member.
Bride’s Choice:

Upgrade Packages
“A la Carte”
Minister: $99 – Christian non-denominational /copy of vows and you can add, subtract or write your own or you can bring
your own officiate – for the rehearsal and ceremony.
Music Coordinator: $99 - Music Coordinator to organize your ceremony music. This Coordinator helps you select
ceremony music and attends your rehearsal & wedding day.
Bar Package: $299- (Based on a 3 hour reception) You can bring your own beer or kegs, wine, champagne and machines
(with pre-mix such as frozen margaritas, Bellenis or Daiquiris). We provide a certified TABC Bartender & a security guard,
who is present at any event serving alcohol. We have tubs for your bottled water or soft drinks, & 2 bags of ice for drinks.
Alcohol must be served in cups or glass wear, no cans or bottles. No tip jars. An extra hour for both is $150.
Web-Cam (Live): $99 – Ceremony broad cast with camera operator: A Consultant monitors 5 web-cams and will broadcast
your wedding to anyone you wish—in the world—Your family & friends log-on to a private web location number (we give you
this number a couple of days before your wedding) and they see your ceremony live! This is great for those who could not come
to your wedding. Plus--After the wedding you receive a DVD copy of this broadcast. However. if we lose the web-connection
during transmission, and there is no recording to give to you, we will refund your ($99) money.
Stationary DVD: $35 – Ceremony: A stationary camera (on a tripod) in the balcony, records the stage ceremony. However, it
does not record the Bride walking down the staircase. After the wedding you receive the DVD copy. If, for some reason,
a recording has a damaged DVD, we will refund your $35. This does not happen often, but it is a possibility.
Sound & Light System: $75- Your iPod or CD’s can be used in our (small) professional DJ system which has separate
speakers on stands. You will have to have someone play the music and make announcements. Party disco lights available. We
now have a laser light to add to the speaker stand which adds a lot of movement and sparkle to evening parties.
Wedding Coordinator: $99 - A professional Wedding Coordinator will have about a 3 hour meeting with you to discuss &
organize the details of your ceremony & reception at the White Chapel. The Coordinator maps out a timeline for your wedding
day—from the Bride’s arrival until the last person leaves the Reception. She does a complete outline with Chapel seating
charts—for the Bride’s family & the Groom’s family, the wedding party line-up, selecting your ceremony music for the line-up
& what kind of ceremony you want. She discusses and clarifies any questions you may have, and explains what you can expect,
& how you can get in all the things you want to do (or not) on your day.
Chapel & Reception Ballroom Extra Décor Pkg: $199 (See our picture albums during your tour.) Include all the décor in
the Basic Decoration Packages, then add the following: the Chapel and reception Ballroom(s) can be decorated with special designs
with the Bride’s colors according to the Bride’s ideas, suggestions and theme. The Bride meets with the design Consultant (usually 3
hours) and they make-up special arrangements & décor for the Bride’s wedding day in the Chapel & Ballroom.
ON the wedding day the staff & designer sets-up all the special décor & takes it down after the wedding. The Bride just Enjoys!
Add 2nd Reception Ballroom with Décor : $299 for dancing, toasts & Cake, which is very impressive & practical. The first
ballroom is set-up for Dining with first dances in one of the outdoor Gazebos. Then the guests to walk to the 2nd Gazebo & into 2nd
Ballroom for the Cake cutting, Toasts & Dancing—time to Rock & Roll! Your choice of colored up-lights on the walls with a large
dance area- usually in front of the DJ. Again, centerpieces for 4-6 tables, 50+ chairs around the room, basic package items like the silver
cake risers, the silver punch fountain, etc.. You have to see it to believe how beautiful & practical the second ballroom can be! The
whole Estate is decorated for you & your guests!
PS—Each White Chapel ballroom has a “real bar” with refrigerators & 2 bags of ice - not bottles on a table or a kitchen counter.
