Henry, Sr., a registered patent attorney, is a member and Practice Group Leader in law firm of Dykema Gossett, PLLC, specializing in patent, trademark and copyright litigation, prosecution, and transactions. David: (1) advises companies (large and small) on intellectual property strategic planning and management, (2) litigates intellectual property cases throughout the United States, (3) prosecutes patent applications before the U.S. and foreign patent offices, and (4) regularly speaks at bar association and professional conferences on Intellectual Property issues.
