Leadership Styles
Authoritative:
Leader makes decision for the group and
announces it, explaining reasoning to group
members any maybe but not necessarily taking
their opinion into account. Leader can decide
when it is appropriate to take their opinions
into account.
Cooperative:
Leader presents the problem and
leads the team through the decision
making process, joining with the
group in identifying the problem,
diagnosing causes, considering the
alternatives, and making the
decision.
