In copyright matters, we have briefed landmark cases to the U.S. Supreme Court and drafted complex
international agreements. Our copyright cases have included such diverse topics as royalty violations,
gray market labeling, database infringement and breach of software licenses.
Our extensive background in software, social networking, cloud computing and Internet matters allows
our practitioners to understand how best to register, protect and defend our client’s related intellectual
property rights. Because of our location in South Florida, our practice is well-versed in international
issues. We handle border issues, multinational litigation, off-shore corporate structures, overseas

Jorge Espinosa
Jorge’s practice focuses on the domestic and international protection of trademarks,
patents and copyrights. He is AV-rated Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell, named in
US News/ Best Lawyers in America and ranked by World Trademark Review as a top
1000 attorney worldwide.
Jorge was a software programmer and also provides services related to cloud
computing, social networking, the Internet and computer law. He works with clients
to develop both short term and long term strategies to achieve their goals whether
these goals involve the strategic growth of an intellectual property portfolio or the aggressive protection
of an existing portfolio. Working extensively with foreign counsel to develop international intellectual
property strategies for clients, Jorge also has substantial experience serving as local counsel for firms
seeking to enforce their client’s rights in South Florida and Latin America. He is fluent in English and
Spanish.

William R. Trueba, Jr.
Will’s practice concentrates on the domestic and international enforcement of
intellectual property rights. In addition to his electrical engineering academic
background, Will has practical experience from his years of working in the industry.
He is a patent attorney registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
In addition to litigation, he is also experienced in the prosecution of patent and

Michael E. Tschupp
AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell, Michael's practice centers around the domestic and
international enforcement of intellectual property rights as well as the prosecution of
patent and trademark rights. A patent attorney registered with the United States Patent
and Trademark Office, he is Vice Chairman of the Dade County Bar Association’s
Intellectual Property committee, a 2011 Florida Legal Elite and a Florida Super
Lawyers “Rising Star” 2009-2011. Michael is fluent in English and has strong

Francesca Russo
Francesca is Of Counsel to the firm and specializes in commercial litigation and
alternative dispute resolution. She has worked with a broad range of clients both
domestic and international on all phases of the litigation process before federal and

tort claims, civil theft, trade secrets, trademark litigation, transportation litigation, real estate litigation,
corporate and business litigation, directors and officers liability, and fraud.
