This LAP is designed to teach students how to create web sites in DreamWeaver. This
LAP will cover learning the DreamWeaver software and how to develop web pages.

o Open the “Striped Umbrella” site in DreamWeaver and follow the
instructions throughout the chapter (this is for learning purposes only and
will not be handed in)
o Complete the Skills Review found on page 1-34
o Complete one Project Builder exercise (either pg. 1-36 or 1-38)
o Answer the Design Project questions on page 1-40
o Begin the Portfolio Project on page 1-41
Read Chapter 2
o Open the “Striped Umbrella” site in DreamWeaver and follow the
instructions throughout the chapter (this is for learning purposes only and
will not be handed in)
o Complete the Skills Review found on page 2-34 to 2-35
o Continue the Project Builder exercise that you began in Chapter 1 (either
pg. 2-36 or 2-38)
o Answer the Design Project questions on page 2-40
o Continue the Portfolio Project on page 2-41
