INTRODUCTION
THE BENEFITS OF FASTING
Fasting in the lives of a Christian serves several benefits. Some of which include:
1.
Fasting helps one to attain power over demons accompanied by praying with
faith using the Name of Jesus (Mark 16:17).
2.
Fasting makes your faith to grow deeper; in that, you can command things to
happen just by words, prayers. and they begin to happen (Matthew 17:1721).
3.
Fasting weakens the flesh and crucifies unholy desires, thus, enabling the
human spirit to be effective in the moment of prayer or fellowship in the
presence of God (Matthew 4:1- 10).
4.
Fasting turns you into an extraordinary believer (Isaiah 40:31).
5.
Fasting makes you believe that with Jesus you can do all things (Philippians
4:13).
6.
Fasting brings about spiritual breakthrough (Daniel 10:13).
7. Fasting promotes spiritual sight (Revelation 1:1-2).
8.
Fasting causes your faith to attain to the level of doing the same works that
Jesus did (John 14:12).
9.
Fasting touches God to quickly forgive abominable sins (Jonah 3:5-10).
10. Fasting promotes a faster answered prayers (Mark 9:29)
TYPES OF FASTING
The Holy Scripture shows the different types of fasting one can indulge in:

40 days fasting: Exodus 34:28, Matthew 4:2

24 hours fasting: 2 Samuel 1:12, loe11:14

21 days fasting: Daniel 10:2, 12-13
4.
14 days fasting: Act 27:33
5.

A MOMENT WITH THE LORD
Father, I believe that you are the Kings of Kings, the Lord of Lords and the Greater
of the greatest. Thank You for sending Jesus Christ to give me forgiveness, to give
me life and to give me a place in your family. Having received me as your beloved
child, and sealed in the Holy Spirit of promise:
1.
I stand according to Your infallible word of Galatians 4:6; to declare that I am
a son/daughter of the living God, the joint heirs with Christ and Friend of the
Holy spirit. Today, the Angels and the Saints are dancing around me for good
health, miracle, and deliverance from the siege of the wicked ones in the
Name of Jesus.
2.
I declare favour upon my destiny, and under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, I
command everything around me to begin to work for my good. I renew all the
old things of my life, and I recover and receive all my lost possessions in the
name of Jesus. For the Bible says in Joel 2:26 that I will restore to you the
years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming
locust, and the chewing locust.
3.
Now, I declare according to the Might of God that my enemies are bowing
down to me. My wretchedness is turning to prosperity! My disappointment to
appointment! My failure to success! My tears to joy, because Job 22:28 said,
"Declare a word and it shall come to pass".
4.
In the Name of Jesus, I declare that the hour of my destiny change has
come. Nothing shall interfere with the work of the Holy Spirit being
accomplished in my life. From now henceforth, no weapon fashioned against
me shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against me Isaiah 54:17 says
in judgment, I shall condemn because that is my heritage as a son /daughter
of God and my righteousness is from Him.
5.
I am walking in liberty because Christ came that I might be liberated from
every force of the world. In the Name of Jesus, I am reaching my target.
There is abundance of new life, hope, and anointing in my life.
6.
I declare that my destiny is a Destiny of Jesus. I am filled with power
according to the order of Moses. I am a candidate for signs, wonders and
miracles. Everything I lay my hands upon shall prosper. For the Bible says in
2nd Corinthians 8:9, "for I know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that
though He was rich, yet for my sake He became poor, that I through His
poverty might become rich".

In the Holy Name of Jesus, I put to stop every work of the enemy in my life.
By fire, I uproot every evil planted in my life and destiny. My family and
Business are highly covered by the awesome Blood of the Master Jesus.
8.
I declare that no enchantment against me and my family shall prosper. I
reject Satan and all his works. And in the name of Jesus, I destroy all spirits
that stand out as the enemy of my salvation and triumphal life in Christ. I
declare total freedom upon my lineage, and I pray that there is no more room
for any ancestral bondage in my life and family in the Name of Jesus.

I confess and believe that this year is my year for celebration and not a year
for mourning. I am walking from connection to connection, from blessing to
blessing, from protection to protection, from power to power, from victory to
victory in the Name of Jesus.

In the Name of Jesus, I declare that I am highly destined and positioned to
enjoy and to experience the blessed abundance, liberty of God's children,
and I ask for supernatural identification and manner in such a way that You
the Father, You the Son, You the Holy Spirit will delight and lead all the
affairs of my life and that of my family according to Your riches in glory
Amen.
CONFESSION OF FAITH
What a joy to know that I am a child of God. The Blood of Jesus has guaranteed my
salvation and completely delivered me from bondage of sin. I believe and confess
that my body is the temple of God, therefore I refuse to defile God's temple
anymore. I rejoice because I now serve God who loves me and sent His Beloved
Son to lay down His costly life on account of my sinful nature. Thereby clearing the
record that held me captive by the peace of His cross, He qualified me to be a
partaker of the inheritance of the saints in the light. I am born of God. And 1st John
5:4 declared that whoever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the
victory that has overcome the world - our faith. In the Name of Jesus, my faith in the
death of Jesus and His resurrection from the dead has enabled me to overcome my
world of sinful habit or nature. I declare my victory over the Devil
and his works. I am now walking in the perfection of God's holiness. Henceforth,
God's will has become my will therefore; I have no more power over it. He alone I
shall sincerely serve all the days of my life in the name of Jesus.

WHY YOU MUST DESTROY THE EVIL ALTARS
The concept of altars was originally instituted ,by God for blessings, but
counterfeited and perverted by Satan after his rebellion. God designed the altar to
be:

A place of worship and holy convocations.
2.
A place of communion and communication between spirits and man.
3.
A place of cutting personal and generational covenants.
4.
A place of making sacrifices.
5.
A spiritual highway linking earth to heaven and vice versa.
6.
A place for assessing power for the control of destinies.
7.
A place for making prophetic proclamations.
8.
A center for enacting spiritual legislation.
9.
A place for making vows at critical moments.
10. A spiritual gateway
11. A place of defense and security.
12. A place to secure ownership.
13. A place to seek justice and judgment
14. A place of healing and deliverance
15. A place of blessings and curses
16. A place of divine encounter
"When Elijah challenged the Baal worshipers at Mount Carmel, he told them to
construct their own altar and when it got to his turn, what he did was to repair the
broken down altar of the Lord. An altar could also be described as a place where
animals are slaughtered for sacrifice, that is, a place where blood is shed and
where blood cries. It is a spiritual dinning table where spirits are offered food. It is a
place of spiritual bureau de change where blood is exchanged for something. It is a
place where contact is made with the spirit world, and it could be with good or bad
spirits. It is a place of spiritual fellowship with either clean or unclean spirits. When
Jacob built an altar in Bethel, it was the angels of God who were ascending and
descending on it. If he had built a demonic evil altar, there would have been the
traffic of evil angels otherwise known as demons.
An altar is a place where covenants are made with spiritual powers. It is also a
place of deliberation, decision and action whether negative or positive. From the
above description of an altar, we can see that there are positive altars as well as
negative ones. For example, the cross where Jesus died was an altar of
sacrifice of the Son of God. That cross therefore stood for a positive altar, which is
meant for good purposes. Conversely, negative altars are raised by the enemies to
steal, kill and to destroy. An altar can be raised to bless or destroy, promote or
pull down a person, an organization or a thing. Altars can also be raised to enhance
a course or to frustrate it. So, we see that altars were raised to either save lives or
to destroy the enemies. The devil has counterfeited most things God had
instituted to bless His people. For example, people offer sacrifices at crossroads
and by so doing, they corrupt the cross of Jesus and this is a counterfeit. No
wonder the problems of many black people can be directly linked to evil altars. The
enemies go about to construct altars of affliction for many people and these altars
have priests of wickedness ministering on them. The devil has taught his people the
secret of altars and they use it for destructive purposes. You may wonder where the
devil borrowed this idea.
Remember the Bible says that he had been with God right from the beginning. He
had seen the order of heaven and understood the way things are done over there.

So, he duplicates things and goes about to teach his disciples how to use them for
negative purposes. That is why I often emphasize that prayer against evil altars is
not the gentle kind of prayers. An evil altar is a place of evil transactions where
many evil things like infirmities, demotion, failure, poverty, debt, poverty, delays
and disappointments are accommodated. And looking at the situation in our
immediate environment, where some people do not mind going to any length to
make money or harm their fellow human beings, we should understand that evil
altars must be dealt with aggressively.
Sometimes, sacrifices are made on evil altars in order to seal a contract with
wicked spirits. Sacrifices at evil altars are food given to evil spirits to enlist their
support and this is why the Bible says that we should not eat things sacrificed to
idols, because eating them would amount to eating at the same table with idols.
Any food sacrificed to idols are given to demons and sharing food with demons
means being in agreement with them. That is why you discover that sometimes
sicknesses such as migraine, hypertension, diabetes, typhoid, ulcer and cancer are
not actually the problem. The enemy uses them as camouflage. It is against
this background that Christians are advised to pray always when they are sick even
when they seek medical attention. We should not forget that believers should rely
solely on the Holy Spirit to fight their battles. When your name is submitted to
priests at evil altars, it is in order to monitor and influence your life in a negative
way. These evil altars are also used as remote control devices to cause problems
for people. Some of the weird things they do include rituals at crossroads in order
to limit their victims for life. A person under the dominion of these evil altars
normally loses his or her mind and can no longer exercise discretion. Such a
person will be living in fear and will be experiencing nightmares and all sorts of
afflictions. In the light of the foregoing, the kind of prayers to undertake against evil
altars is not "a gentleman" kind of prayers, but rather, it is the aggressive prayer of
command and prophecy.
EFFECTS OF SATANIC ALTARS

Satanic altars oppose God and His favours in people's lives

They result in endless sorrows, struggles and suffering.

They cause stagnation, limitation and frustration in finance, marriage and
destiny.

They cause open doors for evil spirits and closed doors for
God's children.

They delay the program of God in people's lives with obstacles in times of
miracles.

They cause unsolvable mysteries like unusual delays, disappointments and
deaths.

They cause unending problems, prolonged afflictions, poverty, debts and
lack of helpers.

They cause a trend of divorce, poverty, backwardness, barrenness, untimely
death, shame, disaster, etc

WHAT IS THE WAY OUT?
1.
GENUINE REPENTANCE. Unrepeated sin will allow the enemy to have a
filled day. The only reason the altar of Balaam did not work was because
there was no iniquity in Israel. Man's greatest problem is that of the flesh.
Conquer the flesh.
2.
SPIRITUAL WARFARE. You can dismiss the supervising priests behind the
evil altars (satanic gatekeepers). Luke 10:19 says Behold, I give unto you
power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the
enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Contend with them in
battle. Bind the strongmen and render them impotent!
3.
RAISE AND MAINTAIN A SUSTAINED ALTAR OF INTERCESSION UNTIL
PERMANENT VICTORY IS WON. There are some evil altars that require
more than seven days of fasting to conquer. Isaiah 62:6-7 says "I have
set watchmen upon thy walls, a Jerusalem, which shall never hold their
peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence,
And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in
the earth".

SERVICE YOUR ALTAR CONTINUALLY WITH THE BLOOD OF JESUS.
The Bible says in Revelation 12: 11 'And they have defeated him (Satan) by
the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony." There is a power that
supercedes every other power. That power, transforms simple things into
powerful weapons. The awesomeness and mystery of the power in the
Blood of Jesus, is not being preached in the church today. Many present
day Christians do not know many things about victory in the battles of life.
Learning to claim the power in the Blood of Jesus, is very important. It is a
prayer that brings deliverance and protection

SET THE SATANIC ALTARS ABLAZE BY THE FIRE OF THE HOLY
GHOST.
God is a consuming fire. God gave us a command in Deuteronomy 7:5
"This is what you are to do to them: Break down their altars, smash their
sacred stones, cut down their Asherah poles and burn their idols in the fire".
REPENT OF THOSE THINGS IN YOUR LIFE THAT ARE GIVING EVIL
ALTARS THE PLATFORM TO PROSPER IN YOUR LIFE. RENOUNCE
THEM. It does not matter whether you know about them or not. You must not
be in Satan's camp and still want to wage war with him and his wicked
demons.

WITHDRAW YOUR BENEFITS AND VIRTUES FROM THE EVIL ALTARS.
Many blessings are buried and embalmed at many evil altars. Raise a battle
cry to recover all your delayed and detained blessings.
GIVE PRAISES TO GOD. Service the altar continually by sacrificial giving.
Unfortunately this is the one area that the church of God is slacking in. We
are told in the book of Ecclesiastes 11 "Cast thy BREAD upon the waters,
after many days it shall come to you". Friends, there is a difference between
seed and bread. Bread is something meant for you to eat. Something you
wanted to use to treat yourself with. You can decide to sow your bread.
Offering brings miracle. Everyday, give an offering. You can put an
offering aside for God DAILY and then bring it to church on Sunday.

Ecclesiastes 11:2 says Give ,a portion to seven, and also to eight; for thou
knowest not what evil shall be upon the earth. A sacrifice is something that
costs you. It is usually not convenient for you. The wise men brought
gold, frankincense and myrrh to worship Jesus when he was born.

Be totally reconciled with God by going for sacramental confession, if you
are a Catholic.
Take out time in the night between the hours of 12.00 mid night to 3.00am
to do a moment with the Lord even if it is 15 minutes. Page v - vi
Write down seven prayer points for this project, be specific.
Fast every day for 40 days. Fast from 6.00AM to 1.00PM. Fasting is like a
fuel poured into a burning fire, it helps a lot. Concerning casting out the
demons, Jesus said: "But this kind does not come out except by prayer
and fasting." Matthew 17:21.
Try and live above sins during and after these 40 days of tearing down of
evil altars
No food or drink from 6.00AM till your fasting closing time (only water can
be taken in extreme cases during the fasting period). Make sure you are
praying during fasting. Those who cannot fast because of pregnancy or
severe sickness should only pray (ulcer etc). and visit Blessed Sacrament
as often as possible.
The daily meditation in the book before prayers will give you burdens for
prayers, so read them meditatively. The prayers on the day must be read
out loudly, boldly and with serious conviction in your heart. OPEN YOUR
MOUTH AND PRAY!
To break your fast, use light meals, fruits, vegetables, grains and plenty of
water. Avoid heavy meals immediately after your fasting (e.g. eba, fufu) so
as to maintain your health and be able to pray and receive instructions
and direct revelation from God.
You must humble yourself before God and pray seriously during this 40
days and repent and turn away from every sin or anything that may lead to
sin. You are to believe God for some definite miracles in your life and
situation during this project.
Make special private requests (at least 7) and pray fervently the prayer
with them after the points outlined in this booklet.
You must read Isaiah 58 and apply it in your life as you are engaged in
this project and continue to do so even after the project.
You must realize that this period of fasting and prayer is a solemn
moment. It is not a time to engage in foul tales, gossips, vulgar jokes and
jesting. Realize that you are before a holy and uncompromising God.
Finally, we pray that the Good Lord will strengthen you and have you loaded
with his inward power and give you all graces to complete this project and reap
the benefits thereof. Halleluyah! Amen.
