SAT/ACT Prep is designed to help prepare students for the SAT and ACT tests. In addition to reviewing
verbal and mathematical skills assessed on the tests, students will learn test-taking strategies specific to
the tests. Material will include samples with explanations, grading rubrics, practice tests with complete
multiple choice assessments, essay prompts, and study resources. Independent practice is followed by
guided collaborative review. Upon successful completion, students will possess the tools necessary to
complete the SAT and/or ACT to the best of their ability.
It is recommended that students register at www.collegeboard.org to have access to additional practice
items and the SAT question of the day. This is a free resource to all students.
