SPECIAL EVENT AGREEMENT
We at Bridgewater Golf Club, Inc. are pleased that you have selected our club for your special
event/reception/outing. This agreement governs only the use of our clubhouse. Any event, which
includes golf, will have the golf addressed separately.
In order to reserve all or a portion of our clubhouse facility, we need you to submit all
information requested in this Agreement, sign the Agreement, and make the appropriate deposit.
By signing the Agreement, you acknowledge that,
1. We retain the exclusive right to supply all food and beverages at Bridgewater Golf
Club. All food and beverage served at any event MUST be purchased through Bridgewater
Golf Club.
2. No food or beverages (except wedding cakes) may be removed from the facility under any
circumstances.
3. The quantity of food prepared for buffets is based on average consumption per person;
reasonable efforts will be made to satisfy all guests, but the amount of food served for the
buffets is not unlimited.
4. We are licensed by the State of Indiana to provide alcoholic beverages at our facility; and,
through Bridgewater, we can set up a cash bar, open bar, or some combination thereof for
your guests. You are responsible for making certain that you and all of your guests who drink
alcoholic beverages do so responsibly, are of legal age, and abide by all rules and regulations
of the Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission. ALL RESPONSIBILITY for any use of
alcoholic beverages lies solely with you and the organization you represent, if any, and in no
part on Bridgewater, or any of its members, staff, or personnel.
5. We have equipment, such as podiums, microphones, PC compatible projector, DVD, CD
player, and the like available upon request, and subject to availability. Dance flooring is
available at no additional charge.
6. We will furnish white linen service for table coverings, napkins, and the like. Should you
require other table coverings, napkins, or the like, there may be an additional charge.
7. You and the organization you represent, if any, are financially responsible to Bridgewater
for property damaged, or taken by your guests.
8. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property belonging to you or your guests
on our premises, and by signing this Agreement, you accept all responsibility for any injuries
or damages to you and your guests during the event.
9. Children are welcome at our premises, but you must keep all children in the area of your
event and properly supervised. Children are not allowed in the Grille area.
10. Facilities rental is subject to availability, and fees are based upon the # of people attending
and desired amount of space for your event.
11. Base room rental charge is $3 per person with a minimum of $30 and a maximum of $500.
This includes the set-up, tear-down, cleaning and all standard linen costs.
We have varying sizes of rooms available to meet your specific needs. Each room is subject to
availability and offered at the discretion of Bridgewater Golf Club. The maximum # of people listed does
not include space for such items as: buffets, dance floors, head tables, gift tables, etc.
SMALL BANQUET ROOM #1 – Up to 32 guests
SMALL BANQUET ROOM #2 – Up to 24 guests
SMALL ROOMS COMBINED – Up to 56 guests
½ BANQUET ROOM – Up to 120 guests
FULL BANQUET ROOM – Up to 200 guests.
*NOTE* Bookings on Friday and Saturday evenings for the full banquet
room shall be charged $500 regardless of # of people in attendance.
OUTDOOR PAVILION – Up to 150 people
12. A 50% deposit of the expected room fee is due to secure the requested room/date/time. Any
cancellations 14 days prior will be provided a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 13
days will forfeit 25% of their deposit.
13. We require a guaranteed guest count 7 days prior to your party, which must likewise be the guaranteed
count you give for food and beverage preparation and total room fee. Your agreement with
Bridgewater will require you to pay for the guaranteed number even if fewer guests attend.

Thank you for choosing Bridgewater Golf Club for your banquet needs.
Bridgewater is ideal for business meetings, birthday parties, anniversary parties,
private dinners, rehearsal dinners or smaller wedding receptions. The
Bridgewater Banquet Facility can accommodate small groups of 6 to 10 people or
large groups up to 200 people.
The following banquet menu offers some of our most popular dishes. If you wish to
order something not on this menu, we will be very happy to work with our chef in
order to prepare a meal specific to your event. As a reminder, there will be no
concession made to take home leftover food if your guaranteed number is less than
the number in attendance.
The entrée prices listed in this packet are for single entrée buffets. Events
requiring more than one buffet entrée will be priced at the following: 100% of first
meal, plus, 50% of each subsequent meal. Plated meals will be price of entrée plus
$2.00 plating fee. Additional sides, desserts, etc. may be added for an additional
fee.
The appetizers are priced per item. If you are planning appetizers before a meal
you would want to figure two to three apps per person, depending on the item. If
you are having a function that is only appetizers you would want to figure seven to
ten apps per person, depending on the item.
The prices listed in this packet are subject to change prior to the booking your
event and making food choices. Once your menu is finalized all prices are
guaranteed. All of the food and beverage items are subject to an 18 % service
charge and 7 % sales tax. If your group is tax exempt, please forward a copy of
your tax certificate prior to the date of your event.
All of the billing for the events is handled by Bridgewater Golf Club. We may
require an advance deposit based on the estimated total billing at the time of the
booking confirmation. We ask that full payment of balance due be made at the
completion of your function unless credit has been established with the Manager
prior to your event.
The Bridgewater Special Events Agreement outlines room rental charges, deposit
requirements and the time frame for the guaranteed count for your function. All
capacities listed in the agreement reflect the maximum number available, which
does not include space for such items as: buffets, dance floors, head tables, gift
tables, bars, special set-ups, etc.
Please note that Bridgewater does not allow any food or beverage (except wedding
cakes) to be removed from the facility under any circumstance.
