BT Sport Scottish Rugby Academy Caledonia U16 Head Coach Role Voluntary, Fixed Term – March 2016 (2 Seasons) Scottish Rugby is now looking to fill the following key positions within Caledonia’s Age Grade Programme: Caledonia Regional Age Grade HEAD COACH (U16) Working as part of a Coaching Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued development of all players involved in the BT Sport Academy – U16 Caledonia Program. To be considered for any of the above role, you must ideally hold the UKCC Level 3 or equivalent qualification or actively seeking to attain this; have a track record of developing talented age grade players and proven coaching success within an appropriate competition. To plan and deliver an agreed number of preparation squad sessions leading a Coaching Team. On conclusion of the programme provide all players with accurate reports on their performance. Knowledge and understanding of Rugby Union and the Development of Team Performance. Track record of success in previous relevant coaching roles, including within your area of expertise.
