Re: Oversight and Government Reform Committee/CDC malfeasance Hearing
The CDC cover-up of a 4,250% increase in vaccine-associated induced
abortion reports and the fraudulent Thorsen/Danish study and the co-opting
of the hearing by special interest:
On November 5th, 2012, Brian Hooker and Dawn Loughborough met with
committee staffers Mark Marin and Megan Millspaw. Mr. Marin told them that a
hearing on CDC malfeasance would be scheduled for November 29th, 2012 and that
the people to testify would soon be selected. Mr. Hooker had worked years on
collecting documents and data that would evidence CDC patterns of fraud, willful
misconduct, and malfeasance as it pertains to the CDC’s early childhood vaccine
program and its link with autism and other chronic diseases such as asthma,
juvenile diabetes, ADHD, obesity, etc.
On November 13th, 2012, Brian Hooker was told by Mark Marin that he would be
EXCLUDED from the testimony.” In his place, Mr. Marin installed “misperceived”
leaders of the Autism movement; organizations who are suspected of being the
“controlled opposition” and who would, by any means, derail the hearing from its
original purpose-CDC malfeasance.
The original purpose of the hearing by the Oversight and Government Reform
Committee was to investigate the alleged malfeasance by the CDC and it’s complicity
in the fraudulent Thorsen/Danish Study whose fatally flawed study funded by the
CDC decoupled any link between vaccines and Autism. (Thorsen is currently
indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of wire fraud and money laundering
based on a scheme to steal grant money that the CDC had awarded to him for
governmental agencies in Denmark for this autism research). Autism Speaks, one of
the 3 organizations that usurped Mr. Hooker on the panel had merged with NAAR,
an organization that contributed $118,454 to the fraudulent Thorsen study. The
other organization that has been added to the panel is the Autism Society of America
who is favorably listed on CDC’s website. The deck has been stacked.
Recently, as director of the National Coalition of Organized Women, I offered Mr.
Hooker, confirmation and proof of a consistent pattern of CDC malfeasance. NCOW
alleges that the CDC caused the deaths of thousands of fetus in the 2009/10 flu

season by double-dosing pregnant women with the seasonal flu shot and the
untested (emphasis added) A-H1N1. Both vaccines had high levels of mercury
(Thimerosal-50mcgs). The CDC covered up the 4,250% rise in vaccineassociated-induced abortions reports; colluded with Elsevier’s American
Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology publishing a misleading study; and on
the heels of the specious data commenced a world wide publicity campaign
“The Flu Shot Is Safe For Pregnant Women” first denying-then covering up the
4,250% massive spike in vaccine-associated-induced-abortions and
stillbirths.
What was to be a riveting probe by Congressman Issa has apparently de-evolved
into a redundant, worthless funding presentation on Autism by an establishment
front organization that, like the CDC, is determined to steer any attention away from
issue - vaccine and mercury (Thimerosal) causation.
Public Autism Funding
NCOW found nearly 500 patents on Autism research that were paid for by NIH and
private pharmaceuticals. Generally, they do not address "cause" but seek to fund the
developing of drug treatments to mitigate the symptoms. "Billions" of dollars are
going for autism treatment studies, filling the deep pockets of the pharmaceutical
industry as well as the Universities. None are seeking a link to the childhood
vaccine mandates. There is no study, epidemiological or clinical of the
“vaccinated vs. the unvaccinated”-a very simple study design that parents and
independent researchers have requested for years. Why not? Yet, Federal
agencies awarded more than $349 million, or 67 percent of the total, led by the
National Institutes of Health (NIH), with $299 million in awards. NIH funding
represented 86 percent of total federal dollars awarded to Emory and more than 58
percent of all funding received.
Researchers in Emory's Woodruff Health Sciences Center (WHSC) received $481.7
million, or approximately 93 percent of the University total. The WHSC includes
schools of medicine, public health, nursing, Yerkes National Primate Research
Center, Winship Cancer Institute and Emory Healthcare.
Emory University School of Medicine received $331 million, or approximately 64
percent of the total dollars awarded. The Rollins School of Public Health received
nearly $74 million, Yerkes National Primate Research Center received $65 million,
and Emory's Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing received more than $7
million.
The Unintended Consequences of the Bayh-Dole Act
Thirty-two years ago a law known as Bayh-Dole spawned the biotech industry. The
Bayh-Dole act gave the patent rights to the Universities and the researcher with the
stipulation that they find a marketing channel. Prior to the Bayh-Dole act, the

patents ostensibly belonged to the people as the academic research was funded by
taxpayer dollars. The creators of the act claimed that because the government was
not in the marketing business that discoveries, whose patents were owned by the
people, fell through the cracks. To correct this, it was suggested to give the patent
rights to the universities & researchers. By giving the patents to the universities and
university researchers with the stipulation that it was their responsibility to find a
marketing channel, the private biopharmaceuticals had a "free R & D arm paid for by
our government agencies and further supported by their own funding-private
interests. This led to the academic scientist coveting their research via ownership
as to reap abundant royalties for themselves and the University. Vaccines are a big
business.
Focusing on abortion as a personal decision
Many of us focus on abortion as a “personal decision” but are we considering the
possibility that there are anti-life covert forces in our government that are invested
in facilitating a pharmaceutical-led program that factually, as in this case, include
vaccine-induced abortions? The revolving door between government and the
pharmaceutical industry has not stopped spinning since former Director of the CDC,
Julie Gerberding, was hired as head of Merck vaccine division. In January 2011, Elias
Zerhouni, former director of the NIH became the president of Sanofi-Aventis'
research labs. Now another NIH leader – Gary Nabel, one of NIH's most prominent
researchers who heads up the agency's Vaccine Research Center (VRC) – has
announced that he will become chief scientific officer at Sanofi in December 2012.
De-railing the Nov. 29, 2012 Oversight Committee hearing on the CDC
On Nov. 29th these forces have sabotaged the hearing meant to explore the facts.
They have de-railed the opportunity to question the CDC vaccine program, a
program that parents and independent researchers and former NIH scientist claim
is inducing spontaneous abortions and stillbirths as well inciting an epidemic in
juvenile diabetes, asthma, obesity, autism, ADHD, ADD, bipolar, OCD and other
neurodevelopment disorders in children and animals via government mandates and
highly organized strategies. Who are these people? We were to find out at this
hearing- apparently hijacked at the last minute.
Background on Congressional bioweaponry concerns and vaccines:
In our investigation, the 2009/10 flu pandemic appears to have been a
“consequence management drill” due to legitimate bio-weaponry concern of late
Senator Ted Kennedy who stated in his hearing that we needed to put “an invisible
fence” around America. However, inoculating Americans with prophylactic vaccines
that are ineffective produces chronic illness and fuels a costly healthcare crisis in a
futile attempt to protect us from potentially billions of bacteria and virus is neither
reasonable nor rational.

The A-H1N1 flu pandemic was simply a WHO/US related orchestrated experiment
on the public, a consequence management drill- a mass clinical study, like GMO corn
and soy in infant formula. Well, the clinical results are in, folks. There was a
4,250% increase in fetal death reports associated with the vaccines. So now
can we say according to mass clinical trials imposed on an unwitting
population that there is a link between fetal deaths, damage and in-utero
vaccines? And what about those babies who managed to survived the in-utero
onslaught? Very costly healthcare looms in the future as the CDC continues to
recommend even more vaccines to successfully birthed children as well as 2
injectable vaccines, the flu shot with mercury and the Tdap, to our babies in-utero
despite the evidence of harm.
Because the sudden manipulation of the players has not yet and may not reach the
ears of the full membership of Oversight and Government Reform committee at this
Nov. 29th hearing, we request that a formal, well structured hearing considering
originating issue of CDC malfeasance with testimony, evidence and witnesses be rescheduled. Please contact the chairman of the Oversight and Government Reform
Committee, Congressman Issa, to let him know of your interest in a formal CDC
investigatory hearing as articulated herein.
