Multi-technology international application that provides a new way of automated QA Testing for Ameritech Billing system.
Worked closely with clients and testers to increase productivity, reliability and testing efficiency. Project involved extensive objectoriented use of advance Visual Basic, COM/DCOM and XML for ASP to enhance simultaneous submittals and processing.
Designed and delivered from the ground up an Oracle 8i database to meet application and system requirements, developed
stored procedures and performance tuned the database. Deliverables included system processes implemented through COM+, business
objects and trade settlement flow diagrams, along with the determination of all internal and external data dependencies.
Managed the programming team in the development of interactive modules on QA Testing applied via the Internet and on

Scripting. The project performance benefits from combination of COM technology (components implementing business requirements)

Personally architecture a codependent subproject in Visual Basic 6 in conjunction with Visual C++ code. This development was
part of the state of the art, big team project. The product contained multiple international applications with coordinates through XML
documentation and Crystal Reports. Web enactments of the results were coordinated throughout XML and ASP (VB Script) code.
Application requirement specifications pointed the particular ways to accomplishing ‘business to business’ implementation.
Information was stored on Oracle 8i and was retrieved by a custom developed Data Access Control which implemented special
restrictions required by the FDA. By exercising advance object oriented techniques I achieved optimal coordination between all
entities.

of relational database design, data mapping. Normalization for all commercial and in-house projects of large marketing/customer
databases were tightly integrated with MS Access. Analytical and visual programming (coding and GUI). Personally responsible for
conversion of 16-bit DLLs developed in Borland C, to 32-bit DLLs in MS C++. All applications were developed for Windows
98/95/3.1/NT and allowed users all the report writing capabilities of Crystal Reports.
Leading the research of Windows CE operating system, got me promoted to the Project Management position (March
1998), which consisted of the following responsibilities: meeting customers and gathering information, presenting project plans to the
client, data modeling, time projection, assigning responsibilities to junior developers. My development role in the project was Visual
Basic 5.0 and Visual C++ programming, along with design and cultivation of an embedded Windows CE database. The product is
being developed for all major CE platforms. Application and all components are being distributed by custom desktop installation
utilizing Visual Basic CE Toolkit or PCI Card installation by means of InstallShield for WinCE.
