ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS: DLB-2985 WHITE FIELD MARKING PAINT
1. Is the Field Marking Paint a 2500 5 gallon pail order each year delivered in one delivery or is the order broken up
throughout the year? If broken up is there a schedule of delivery that is used?
Paint will be ordered on an as needed basis in full pallet amounts. This is no regular schedule of delivery.
2. Where can I find the awarded price that is from the past bid? Or the present price per gallon that you are paying at this
time? Whichever is most pertinent.
Previous bid abstract is listed below. Present price is $5.95/5 gal or $ 29.75/5 gallon pail.
3. How often will you be placing orders through out the year? One order, weekly, monthly, can you give us an estimate?

5. Within how many days would you like delivery from the time of each order?
Delivery would be based on supplier’s delivery schedule and would be ordered taking that schedule into
consideration.
6. Who was your old supplier? Do you have any old tabulations on the last winning bidder?
