Euros has to apply the exchange rate towards the dollar of the day.
(2) Those companies that do not have a booth in the Exhibition have the option to be part of the
virtual exhibit, which includes web promotion for the premium booths [please check the
appropriate information in the Virtual exhibit section]. Basic virtual booths are free of charge
for companies having at least a 18 square meters booth in the Exhibition. Additional cost for a
premium virtual booth for 9 square meters booths is USD 250.
(3) Price is established in US dollars. As a reference, price in Euros is also included. Payment in
Euros has to apply the exchange rate towards the dollar of the day.

1. EQUIPMENT
1.1. BOOTHS EQUIPMENT
Equipment included:
Lacquered aluminum borders; melamine-wooden panels; lighting with halogen lamps of
300 w/each; electrical switchboard with magneto-thermal, differential and electrical hookups of 500 w. front strip, with the exhibitor’s name and booth number; Wi-Fi internet
access; 1 showcase counter; 2 chairs. At an additional cost, all kinds of accessories are
available. Booths may also be adapted to the exhibitor’s needs at an additional cost.
1.2. SPACE EQUIPMENT
Equipment included:
Electrical switchboard with magneto-thermal, differential and electrical hook-ups of 500 w.
Wi-Fi internet access.
2. SPECIFICATIONS
2.1. EXHIBITION AREA
a. Booths will be provided to the exhibitors Saturday June 16th, 2012, at 1:00 pm. The
exhibition will open on Monday June 18th, at 12:00 noon. The official inauguration will
take place on Monday June 18th, at 6:00 pm.
b. The exhibition schedule will be as follows: Tuesday June 19th: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm;
Wednesday June 20th: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm; Thursday June 21st: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm;
Friday June 22nd: 09:00 am - 12:00 noon. Access to the exhibition will be free of
charge.
2.2. LISTED PRICES INCLUDE:
a. Booth equipment, as indicated.
b. 24 hours security.

c. Name and exhibitor’s description in the Exhibitors Directory.
d. Having a booth includes to be part of the permanent virtual exhibition [basic booth].
Premium booths are free of charge for 18 square meters booths or more. 9 square
meters booths have an additional USD 250 fee for premium virtual booths.
e. Promotional campaigns focused at national, international and specialized sectors.
f. Publicity in the Virtual Educa Magazine, Panama special edition, June 2012.
g. The organizers will provide the exhibitors with the participant’s database.
h. Organization of meetings with institutional representatives and experts.
i. It is possible to schedule a commercial presentation: 15 minutes for 9 square meters
booths / 30 minutes for 18 square meters booths.
l. Free passes to participate in the Virtual Educa Panama 2012 symposium: 9 square
meters booths: 5 passes / 18 square meters booths: 10 passes.
