War Eagle Mill Booth Information and Regulations
Arts and Crafts Fair, Starts the Thursday before the 3rd Saturday in October
Hours:
Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Sunday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Fee: A booth fee of $200 is due with a contract; no application fee required. Ten
percent of your gross sales is to be brought to the cashier inside the Mill each day
between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. on, or before, Thursday. Please inquire at the cashier’s
cage inside the Mill for your exhibitor’s packet.
Regulations:
Exhibitors are required to stay all four days of the fair and to show from 8:00 a.m. to
5:30 p.m. (or later, your option) on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and from 8:30
a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. All booths must be set up and all vehicles out of the area
by 8:30 a.m. each day. Exhibitors must show only at the War Eagle Mill Fall Arts and
Crafts Fair on this weekend and only in one spot. No exhibitor dogs will be allowed.
Security:
A security guard will be on duty all night Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and
Saturday and will assist with any problems or needs.
Clean Up:
Your responsibility...a trash dumpster will be provided.
Booth Size and Location:
There are two types of booths...some under a pole structure and others in the open
with no shelter. The covered booths are 10 ft wide and 8 ft deep. The open booths
are 10 ft wide and 10 ft deep. Those displaying in the open should be prepared in
case of rain.
Come into the Mill when you arrive and there will be chart posted on the back door
showing where your booth is located. This chart will be posted outside the back
door after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday for those arriving late. If you have any questions
about your location, and cannot set up on Wednesday before 5:00 p.m., please call to
