 This led to the rise of dictatorships in Europe.

6. The key difference between Fascism and Communism is that in the Fascist system individuals can own
private property.
7. The Treaty of Versailles contributed to the outbreak of WWII in that it caused harsh treatment towards
Germany by way of loss of land, war guilt, decrease in military and repayment of war costs.
