PANEL BIOGRAPHY’S Pete Driscoll Mr. Driscoll serves as the STA Treasurer, as well as Chair of its Institutional Committee, Co-Chair of the Affiliate Liaison Committee and member of the Executive Committee. He is also a member of the NASDAQ Institutional Advisory Council, the Investment Company Institute’s Equity Markets Advisory Committee and the National Organization of Investment Professionals. Peter Driscoll is a Vice President and Senior Equity Trader at The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, IL. Mr. Driscoll, a life-long resident of the Chicago area and joined The Northern Trust Company in 2000. Mr. Driscoll worked on the floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange from 1975 through 2000. During his last 10 years on the floor, he was the President of Driscoll Trading Group, an institutional floor brokerage firm. Peter Driscoll is a former member of the Chicago Stock Exchange’s Floor Procedures and Rules Committees. He is a past President of the STAC Fund and is a former Director and a Past President of the Security Traders Association of Chicago (STAC). Mr. Driscoll earned his BS in Finance from Marquette University. He also holds an MBA from the Keller School of Management and an MS in Financial Markets and Trading from the Stuart School of Business. Steven Grasso Steven Grasso began his career working for Bear Stearns on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange in 1993. He later joined Stuart Frankel & Co. as an institutional sales trader in 1999. As director of institutional sales for Stuart Frankel & Co., Steven has worked effectively with mutual funds, pension funds, insurance companies, and hedge funds globally directly from the floor of the Stock Exchange. Over his 15-year career, Steven has actively participated in various Stock Exchange committees ranging from allocating new listings to specialist firms to developing standardized tests that the floor community uses for continuing education. Michael Feehan – Kellogg Specialist Group The Kellogg Group serves as specialists in approximately 300 NYSE listings. Michael Feehan is a managing director at Kellogg Specialist Group and has been a Specialist member of the NYSE since 2002. In his capacity as Kellogg’s Director of Hybrid Market Development, he led a team of developers to build the proprietary market-making algorithms that Kellogg uses to interface with the NYSE hybrid market. Michael holds a BS in managerial economics from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
