Terms and Conditions
1. We are providing extraordinary discounts on these units on the understanding that the
purchaser will lease the unit back to Coldstream Meadows Property Management Ltd. (CMPML)
for a period of 3 years. During the lease term CMPML guarantees the monthly lease payment to
the investor. At the expiration of the lease the investor could agree to extend the term of the
lease, take occupancy of the unit or negotiate a shared revenue agreement with CMPML.
2. Lease rates, payable monthly to the owner, will be per the following financial information.

4. Property management is under the terms of an agreement between CMPML and Global West
Real Estate Services Ltd. DBA RE/MAX Commercial Solutions. All suite revenue is payable to

5. Investors are responsible for the payment of property taxes.
