Pre-Departure Festivities

 Watch Warren Miller video at someone’s house?

Happy hour at a bar on Friday night

Transportation to/from DTW:

We have arranged to have busses pick us up at the corner of Tappan and Monroe. You must be there by 7:45am and we will depart no later than 8:15am – if you miss the bus you are responsible for getting yourself to the airport – we will NOT wait.

Transportation to/from Vancouver airport:

We are renting vans and cars to transport us to Whistler. Everyone will be “assigned” to a specific house, so when we are leaving the airport make sure to get in the rental vehicle that is going to the house that you will be staying in.

We will need to leave very early in the morning to make it back to the Vancouver airport (~3am

– so be prepared the night before – we will most likely need volunteer sober drivers.)

Flight Details:

Our airline tickets are all E-tickets so the only thing you will need to check in is your passport. Seats on the planes have already been assigned so if you are traveling with a significant other / friend and would like to sit together please check on your seat assignment and make any necessary changes.
