obvious exceptions.
o April 14 – Cookie Paperwork as described above is due. NO EXCEPTIONS.
o April 14 – We will discuss the calendar & events for 2015-16.
o May 12 – Financial Paperwork will be due if you desire. Final deadline is June 1 to Mary Louise.
Paperwork (financial forms and copies of all deposit & expense receipts) can be emailed to her
(mlmonger@gmail.com) by the June 1 deadline.
o May 12 – We will finalize the calendar & events for 2015-16.
The Community is in need of Recruitment and Placement people since Ellen, Pat, Cheryl and Marilyn will
not be doing this in the fall.
7. New Business


Jean Ann Hughes (GSVSC CEO), Terrie Richardson (Membership Director) and and Jodi Brodkin (Volunteer
Services Director) announced that we had the OPTION of returning to the smaller “area communities” from
the past. We would remain as a whole SAW community with smaller communities within them.
The decision was tabled until the May 12 meeting to allow people to think about it and for use to publicize this
important decision. Please plan to attend. If you cannot attend, please send your comments to us at
GSofSAW@gmail.com and we will be sure to share them that night.
