Opportunities within our Rotational Leadership Development Program: The Citi Cards Management Associate Program recruits a pool of talented and diverse high potential candidates who serve as a pipeline of talent for the future leaders of Citi Cards. The MA Program consists of two one-year rotations within the Cards business. Within the two rotations you will be exposed to the complete leadership development cycle. You will be placed with accomplished and developmental managers who will provide continuous feedback while exposing you to challenging opportunities for personal growth and development. As part of the program design, you will receive ongoing coaching and mentoring, senior management exposure and an opportunity to manage your career by determining your placement rotations with the assistance of the MA Program Managers. Structured training is also available. You are encouraged to participate in courses to build core leadership skills, understand the Citi Cards business, and apply learning to key business issues. The Leadership Development Program is comprised of two career tracks: Analyst Associate and Marketing Associate – both of which put you in critical, visible positions with some of the best names and top leaders in the industry. It is possible to spend one of your rotations in both areas of the business. As an Analyst Associate, you can expect to be involved in: Creating, defining, building customer segmentation schemes Testing structures, parameters of existing programs Evaluating portfolio profitability Providing analysis and projections for upcoming programs Building scoring models Conducting competitive analyses Acquisition planning, profit modeling, contract management Strategic plan development Analyzing customer behavior As a Marketing Associate, you can expect to be involved in: Applying marketing strategies to promote brand identity Developing new programs and products Managing external and internal partnership relationships Working in project teams on co-branding, loyalty programs, market research, and product/program management Managing implementation of new product launch Managing online campaigns Developing and executing strategies and project plans Managing P&L You’ll also attend courses taught by senior managers at the Learning Institute, an exclusive Citi Cards training initiative.
