Seconded to Brunei Shell Petroleum Co. Ltd. for the Champion Field-CP Well Test Rectification project. The
project involved rectification and upgrading of current Well Testing Facilities for 31- platforms/locations in the East
Champion Field Area. The Project includes Testing and Commissioning and Final Hand over to Operation Dept.

Lead a team composed of a Mechanical Engineers and a Mechanical Draftsman and responsible for the
commissioning of the individual Well Test facilities, identifies discrepancies based on the P&ID drawings against
the actual status and condition of the Test Separators. Recommends necessary solutions for the upgrade and
improvement of the existing facilities.

Responsible for the calibrations and testing of the miscellaneous instrumentations of the Test Facilities.
Performed continuity check of all I/O points from field Instruments of the Test facility to RTU & SCADA.

Responsible for the verification of the condition and fitness of all existing instruments
in the Test Separator unit. These include field instrumentations, control valves, gauges, relief valves, isolation
valves, piping, fittings and any special items in the skid including the upstream and downstream piping.
Generated list of potential piping and instrumentation items that may require change out based on the current
condition of the items during the site survey.

Responsible for the verification of wiring termination in the field junction boxes, marshalling cabinets and field

shutdown valves, flow control valves and level control valves. Bench calibrations of pressure control valves and
Pop test of relief valves.
Monitored Produced Water System Upgrade running parameters at the DCS. Adjust and control the Nominal
Interface levels of the vessels to control oil skimming and adjust weir on the vessels to produce good quality of
