Kathleen holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue
University, West Lafayette, Indiana and a Masters of Business Administration from the
University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She is a Project Management Institute
certified Project Management Professional and is a Rath and Strong certified Lean Six
Sigma Green Belt.
Kathleen has over 20 years of experience in Process Engineering, ERP system
implementations as well as Business Process Management. Kathleen began her career
as a Process Engineer in Polymer Process Engineering designing a continuous
polyurethane manufacturing and control system at Dow Chemical. Before joining
Pfizer in 2002, Kathleen was a Site Managing Director for Johnson Matthey, a precious
metals company. Currently at Pfizer, Kathleen is a member of the Solution Owner
Team with responsibility for Global Process Governance, Client-facing Global Model
Business Intelligence and Business Process Management.
Kathleen was a contributing author to the book Business Process Management: The
SAP Roadmap published in November 2008. She led the team that was awarded Best
Practice Partner for Process Measures and Analytics: The Right Data for the Right
Decisions by APQC in 2008.
Kathleen lives in Pennsylvania with her husband. She has two daughters and one son.
She enjoys spending time at the beach and in the mountains with friends and family.
