Matthew 9:20-22 20
Just then a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak. 21 She said to herself, "If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed." 22
Jesus turned and saw her. "Take heart, daughter," he said, "your faith has healed you." And the woman was healed from that moment.
Andrea Everline said, “I had to face my ugly in order to see that my story was truly beautiful.”
In order to truly be free to enjoy the beauty that is the will of God, we must face what is ugly in order to reveal true beauty in the world.
The Hashtag: a way of grouping messages together that contain the same words, and a way of connecting people who are talking about the same things. It’s a way to create an un-moderated forum online for like-minded people.
We can become good human hashtags who link people to images of beauty through the way we embrace the truth of our stories. In order to do that, we can be inspired by Instagram’s Hashtag Tips:
1) Be Specific
2) Be Observant
3) Be Relevant

& Respond to the questions:
1. Be Specific : What is the source of my pain? In other words, what experience is a source of pain for me that I have not truly faced and explored?
2. Be Observant : What is the tiniest representation of God’s love during that experience? In other words, what elements of beauty can your remember, the way Andrea recalled her experience with her son?
3. Be Relevant: Relevance means having a significant bearing on the NOW. How does observing the beauty that was present then inform your healing today?
