Experience Excellence has high expectations of its volunteers. It is important that our volunteers adhere to this Code of Ethics in order to be “salt and light” to those we serve.

I have read, understood, and agree to the above Code of Ethics for volunteers set forth by Experience
Excellence. I also understand that a Board Member or Advisor for Experience Excellence, a member of the
Security Team, or anyone designated as a director has the authority to “relieve” me of my duties as a volunteer at an event if my actions are contrary to this Code of Ethics or if it is otherwise deemed necessary for the protection of others or Experience Excellence.
