INVITATION
As a comprehensive international event approved by Ministry of Education, P. R. China and hosted
by Beijing Municipal Education Commission, Beijing International Education Expo is the most
successful and high-impact international education expo in China, and is also one of the largest
education fairs in Asia.
Since 2004, we have successfully organized five Beijing International Education Expos. The past
five BIEEs attracted nearly 2,400 international exhibitors from more than 50 countries and regions
and over 300,000 visitors. BIEE 2008 attracted over 80,000 visitors and 500 exhibitors from 22
countries, and it also received the attention of wide media from home and abroad.
The 6th Beijing International Education Expo (BIEE2009) will continue to be held in China
International Exhibition Center on June 13-15, 2009. Keeping the theme of Open-up, Cooperation
and Development, and the aim of promoting the international communication and cooperation in
education area, BIEE2009 consists of four parts of exhibition, forum, exchange research and
cultural events, covering the postgraduate education, higher education, vocational education,
fundamental education, study overseas services and educational technology equipment. And
high-level summit, conference, forums, and lectures will be held spontaneously with BIEE2009.
With great support from Shaanxi Province Education Department and Shanghai Municipal
Education Commission, and co-organization of Shaanxi Education Association for International
Exchange and Shanghai International Education Association, BIEE2009 will also host its tour fairs
in other two important education cities of Xi’an (June 17-18) and Shanghai (June 20-21).
To be held in the 60th anniversary of founding PRC, BIEE2009 will become a platform showing
the development of capital education and a grand ceremony for educational exchange and
communication home and abroad!

Each fully paid exhibitor is entitled to publish a 200-word description, English or/and Chinese, in
the Expo Catalog and Student Visitors Guide free of charge. The text should be accompanied by
the exhibitor’s address, telephone and fax numbers, email address and website in a given form and
submitted to the Organizing Committee not later than May 20th, 2009. The description shall not
contain any meanings that are not factual or misleading and the Organizing Committee reserves full
rights to refuse or amend the description. We strongly recommend you to submit the text by
email.
*Under no circumstances will the description be published if the exhibitor fails to make full booth
rental payment before the payment deadline.
